The weeks were passing
Since his revelation. Draco hasn't been able to talk to Hermione about what he's been feeling
He's so desperately wanted to take his relationship with her to the next step
If she felt the same way
Which was why he was surprising her with a date
He fixed his tie and ensured that the flowers were in top condition before knocking
The door opened a few second later. Hermione stood in a baggy Quidditch uniform shirt she stole from him and a pair of shorts. Her hair had been battled into a bun with her wand stabbing it. And her reading glasses were on
"What are—"
"Get dressed" he ordered
"What—"
"Get dressed Granger, we're going out"
"You couldn't have told me this earlier?!" She yelled
"Where would the fun be in that?" Draco smirked. Liking the way she was getting flustered and sprinted back into the flat
"Screw you Malfoy!"
Draco laughed loudly as he entered her flat. He heard her running around her room and bumping into things
Draco put the flowers on the counter and opened the freezer to see if she had any popsicles
Ever since becoming friends with her. His sweet tooth has gotten colder
He grabbed the grape popsicles as Hermione ran in, she was wearing a robe and her makeup was already done
"Where are we going?" She asked
"It's a surprise" Draco smirked
"Well I wouldn't know what to wear, I'll go with sweatpants if you don't give me a hint" she threatened
Draco chuckled as she pulled out two dresses
"Neither" Draco said
She whined and dropped the dresses to her sides, she looked at him and shoved them into his hands before dragging him into her room
"You dress me you bloody moron" she ordered
He chuckled and settled her on her bed as he entered her closet
He grabbed her mint green, ruffled, high-low spaghetti strap dress along with her white heels and a wrap. He walked out and placed it on the bed
"Okay...where are you taking me?" She asked
He didn't reply
"Get dressed Hermione"
She chuckled and stood up, he left the bedroom and entered her living room. He sat down and Crookshanks jumped up and cuddled beside him
He waited for Hermione to get dressed and looked at his pocket watch
Hermione came out dressed. She looked beautiful
"Gorgeous" Draco murmured as he looked at her
She blushed and smiled softly
"Thank you"
He walked up behind her and leaned down
"Do you trust me?"
She looked at him over her shoulder
"Draco—"
"Do you trust me Hermione?"
"She nodded mutely
