Chapter 59

After a few days Ruby was discharged and we had decided that she would stay with us for a while.
It was Sunday and I noticed how summer was slowly starting.
We were all in the living room.
Mason and I were sitting on the couch and I was leaning against him and Ruby was in the chair.
We were watching the Vampire diaries on Netflix.

,,This show is so bad," Mason grumbled.

,,No it's not, it's the best show on Netflix," I hissed.

,,And more importantly, the guys on the show are really more than just hot," Ruby said.

,,They're just some vampires who suck blood and fall in love with their brother's girlfriends," he said.

,,I wish I was Elena, she has two vampire brothers who would do anything for her," Ruby said.

,,I agree with you," I said.

,,I would do anything for you too" Mason whispered in my ear.

,,Yeah, but you're not a vampire," I said and grinned.

He rolled his eyes, but gave me a kiss on the top of my head.

,,Did you hear that?" Ruby asked us.

,,What do you mean?" I asked.

,,It sounded like someone knocking on the door," she explained.

,,I didn't hear anything," Mason said.

,,There it goes again!" she said, and this time I heard it too.

,,Do you think they are vampires who want to kidnap us? I hope so," said Ruby.

Ruby stood up and opened the door.

,,Oh no, false alarm, no vampires, just a witch" said Ruby and came back into the living room.

,,I'm glad to see you too" said Carla and came in.

,,Carla, what are you doing here?" I asked.

,,It was so boring, that's why I came here" she explained.

,,Well, no one invited you," Mason hissed.

,,If I were you, I'd shut the fuck up, sweetie," Carla said with a grin.

,,Of course you can stay here," I said, and both Ruby and Mason groaned in annoyance.

,,What are you looking at?"

,,The Vampire Diaries," I said.

,,BORING" she yawned.

,,How about a drinking game?" she asked.

,,A drinking game?"

,,I would be for Never Have I Ever," she suggested.

,,No way!" Mason hissed.

,,Oh, okay, Britney, there's something you should know," Carla started to say, but Mason jumped up from the couch and grabbed a couple of shot glasses.

,,Alright, we'll go with it," Mason said.

Carla grinned with satisfaction.
Why are they acting so weird?
We all sat down in a circle and Mason brought us vodka and a couple of shot glasses.

,,Okay, I'll start," Ruby said.

,,Never in my life have I slept with someone drunk at a party" said Ruby and both Carla and Mason drank from their glasses.

I like this game, it's funny.

,,Ok it's my turn, never in my life have I fucked with the same gender" said Carla.

Ruby drank and to my surprise so did Carla.
Mason didn't drink and neither did I.

,,My turn, never in my life have I had sex in a public place" said Carla.

I was uncomfortable with the whole thing, but we all drank from our glasses.

,,Ok Britney, I didn't expect it from you" said Carla with a grin.

,,It's okay, just get on with it" I said and blushed.

,,Never in my life have I been obsessed with my best friend" Mason said and Carla's face went pale.

Carla looked at Mason with a withering look, but didn't drink.
Why are these two so weird?

What are they hiding from me?
