Road trip

HEYY! Sorry I didn't update! I hate school sm, anyways I am watching Voltron lol, and uh again sorry y'all!! <3

When we got to my apartment, it was torn to shreds. Things thrown, broken and battered.

    I was stunned, Achilles started to rant on how he was sorry, being stupid, and how my dad was threatening me it went on and on till I couldn't take it anymore.

   I kissed him, trying to get him to shut up. "It's ok.." I assured, we were gonna survive this. Even if my apartment was in shambles and all of Achilles was gone.

    "Your mom is probably on her way now, we can't stay." I said,

    "But where do we go?" he asked, pulling at his long blond hair.

     "Road trip?" I smirked, locking the door.

  "We can trick your mom, we will still live here of course because I signed a lease but..."

      I tried to brainstorm, thinking of anything we could do.

    "We could just stay at a hotel for a few days till they assume we moved away?" He suggested

     It was a good idea, if we stayed away for a little and made it look like we were gone they would never suspect we stayed.

  "Lets do it." Now we had a plan, we just had to clear the place our and salvage anything we could.

After an hour of scraping through junk,
We each had a suitcase full of clothes, hygine necessities and random shit.

We were ready to go on our roadtrip. We saw this as opportunity, trick Achilles mother and have a little vacation. Have get our minds off all this.

    We walked out to my car and put the suitcases into the trunk.

    "Can we go to the gas station to get snacks?" He begged, frowning, giving me those ridiculous puppy eyes.

    "Fine" I spat, he smiled, his face lighting up.

   We hopped into the car and we were on the way!

    I made a turn to the gas station, before I got out of the car, you guessed it—he opened the door for me.

    We walked inside holding hands. He dashed the the candy isle and stared wide eyed at the options. I laughed "Just get wherever you want!" He rubbed his chin and grabbed some sour warheads, what— this guy likes those? They taste like sour and thats its.

    "Ok nvm we're not together anymore, let's rewind before you picked those!" I said laughing, pointing at the candy in his arms. "We'll, what do you like?" He scoffed I got some m&ms, the peanut ones.

    He laughed "that's worse!" I rolled my eyes, not accepting the peanut m&m slander.

We stood in line for the checkout, Achilles was occupied, laughing at people arguing into the checkout line beside us.

     Finally we walked up to the register and we set our stuff on the counter "4.62" the man at the register said.

    Achilles slammed 5 dollars on the counter, I took it, gave it to him and put 5 down. "On me!" I smiled, he sure had to be stubborn as hell to do what he did. He took the 5 off the counter, and gave it back to me, then slammed a 10 down saying "keep the change, dude". He smirked at me, I was to busy being annoyed by his foolishness, but I felt like could not loose. I took and his away, putting a 20 on the counter, dragging Achilles away. The man at the register yelled thank you before we walked out the door. Well, Achilles didn't walk I was dragging him. "

    NO!" He whined dramatically.

I turned the car on, and Achilles grabbed my hand. "Don't crash us again, babe." I blushed at the name and nodded, rolling my eyes. "I'm serious, sweetie." He smirked,

     I ripped open my m&ms and slammed one in his mouth. "Shut up, dummy" I said, before we shared a sorta romantic kiss, and pulled away laughing together. Then drive off, to our destination, California.
