Steve smiled. He had realized right away that he wasn't in his universe. He wondered how his wife Aryah would be arranging things; he was sure she had also realized that the Steve over there wasn't him.
Surely his counterpart would be a softie, insignificant in comparison to what he was.
"What are you talking about, honey? I'm the same as always; I'm Steve," Steve replied with a big, mischievous grin.
