"Miss you."

So, I posted this first on my Tumblr.

You put the binoculars down; you had been watching the Avengers' movements; you knew they were after Brock; but you had also sworn that Steve would regret what he had done.

After what happened with the fall of HYDRA, you'd decided to give Brock some space, but after what you'd seen in that vision, you weren't going to let that happen.
You slipped away before he could draw attention to himself; you had to find him before they did. You concentrated on finding out exactly where he was.

You waited in silence for almost half an hour for Brock to return. You knew he was pretending he didn't want any contact with you, but you easily picked up on the clues he left.

"It's been a long time, Brock," you said as soon as he opened the door.

"What are you doing here?" He asked a little nervously, immediately checking to make sure there wasn't anyone else or a trap, not knowing if they had managed to convince you of anything.

"I've come to stop you from doing what you've planned; I've seen what's going to happen, and... I have to stop it; I can't lose you." You tried hard not to cry.

"Will it go wrong?"

You nodded; you always knew who Brock was, even if he never told you, but you didn't care; he was the only person who was always there when you needed him and loved you.

"I miss you."

"I miss you too; I should..."

"Let the others do the mission; I know where we can hide; I know you want revenge, but you need a clever plan where you come out victorious; we can take care of that," you assured.

He came up to you and kissed you; if you assured him that he could get revenge, then he would go with you wherever you went.
