----Nova POV----

The ride on the Buzzard to the Resistance base had taken days. It had given you chance to make up with Kuruk. He couldn't stay angry at you for long. Not out of care, but because he wanted you out of the cockpit of the ship and not in there annoying him. Okay, maybe it was a little out of care. Eventually he had gone back to sticking his head around your quarter doors to make sure you were okay, and sitting silently next to you watching Holodramas with you and sharing his snacks. Back to usual.

The other Knights took a little more. You were sure that the show with Kylo had helped, and also hindered. Their eyes burned over you whenever they were near you. It had a blush creeping over your skin whenever you remembered it. Vicrul often sneaked into your quarters and slept beside you, and if it wasn't him, it was Ap'lek or Trudgen. Cardo and Ushar flirted like usual, and encouraged you to train with them, they could be a bit standoffish but that only lasted for a day or so. It seemed being in close confinement with them had left them with nothing to focus on but working through their thoughts and feelings over your leaving – it's hard to avoid someone and stay mad in such close quarters. By day 5 they were back to their usual selves for the most part.

Kylo however was something else, and you weren't even sure what to think. His moods had you jerking all over like a damn fairground ride. He was nice and joking one moment, brooding the next, rude or scary a moment after that and back again. It was jarring and had your nerves on edge. His mind was still closed off to you, and he simply barked orders at you to practice your Force Training, and didn't actually participate much. It was like the Throne room had never happened. Maybe he was focused on the Resistance base mission coming up, or maybe he regretted it. Either way, you were not a fan of the emotional Rollercoaster that is Kylo Ren.

"Nova." Kylo's tone snapped you from your thoughts, his voice deep and stern.

"Yes Kylo?"

"Excuse me?" His voice became like the venomous hiss.

"Master Ren."

"Better." He eyed you, "We are going to this base. And we are going to be collecting some items I need. We need."

"What is it?"

"The ship you were found on." Kylo eyed you, as if gauging your reaction.

"What?!" Your jaw went slack, "What... Where.... Oh my maker..." You didn't know what to think or feel. This was all you had ever wanted. To see the ship, know where it was from, who you were. This could be it. What you had wanted your entire life.

"That's how they knew who you were, and what you were, and that's why they were hunting you," Kylo explained, "I have people within the resistance."

"Was anyone else woken up? Was there anyone?"

"We don't know. There's two carbonite blocks left that are perhaps viable, but we don't know if the resistance tried to revive them. Pryde destroyed the others."

"So we are getting the ship?"

"Yes. But more importantly, the documents and books that were found on the ship. And then, we are destroying the base. You cannot hesitate, Apprentice. If it is resistance. It dies."

"Yes, Master Ren." You answer obediently, and earn a satisfied hum from Kylo.

"Hm... Good. Let's go through the plan, and over the schematics of the base with the Knights." He led the way and you followed closely behind.
