I feel my head fall onto something extremely comfortable, this night was the best I had slept for a long time, well since I moved out of dad's house and since lexie moved out of merediths. I awake I the morning and feel a pair of arms around me I don't open my eyes as I don't want this moment to end.

" morning," rider says his voice is soothing,it relaxes me"hi" I say in a sleepy voice" Oh my god I'm sorry" I say sitting up, and as I do I see George look in through the door , I sigh as I am so screwed now. " Hey its ok , don't worry about it, I found it nice" He smiles as he sits up and stretchs." I'll be back after rounds to do some check up on benji then mabey we could finish that episode of criminal minds" I say quietly, to avoid waking the 7 year old.
" Your on" rider wisper yells after me.

I check the time as I can see it is daylight and I am ment to do rounds at 6am, i see that it is nearly 9 o'clock, I'm so dead I think to myself. When I look up from my phone I see meredith infrot  of me, showing me a picture, " care to explain these" she says with an angry tone. " I'm running late I talk to you later" I say trying to walk off. "Nope, your rounds have been done for you, and we need to talk" she says grabbing my arm and dragging me to a supply closet.

" explain why George told me you were hugging and asleep with a boy" meredith yells sounding very over protective." Ok so it my valve replacements brother, my patient coded last night and I got him back that was why he hugged me, and then when I took him back to his brother he suggested we watch some tv and I must have fallen asleep" I say looking down trying to avoid tears falling down my cheeks. " go, now" meredith yells. I walk out as I compose myself to try and seem happy.

I was happy before I left now I feel nothing again but I have to act fine around patients and their families otherwise they panic and I cant deal with panicking families today." I'm back ," I say with a fake smile," Hey you ok" rider says." I'm fine,what do you want to do," I mumble, I think he can tell something is wrong but he won't mention it." Dam, it's my sister again,I'll be back" I say leaving the room.

I wonder through the corridors and down to the room i was paged to," for the love of God what do you want" I question." Lose the attitude, or your going to lexies tonight" meredith yells.     
"You paged me not the other way round , and I'll go to lexies if you want you just have to tell me you want me out I don't care" I yell back at her before walking out.

My day goes by pretty quickly and was surprisingly good as most of it was spent hanging out with rider, I walk to lexies apartment and knock on the door . The door opens and I see lexie wrapped in her bed sheets," you know what I'll see you at work tomorrow say before walking off. I get on the bus and buy a ticket to go to my dad's house, I can guess this is a bad Idea but I can't stay at the hospital and I don't want to go back to merediths. I get to his house and unlock the door with my key and walk in." Your finally home, go to the liquor shop down the road and by me a bottle of scotch" He yells at me handing me money, " I'm 16 I not allowed to by you alcohol" I say quietly afraid of his reaction.he brings his hand up and slaps me he still had his ring on meaning I had a fairly deep cut next to my eye, after half an hour of beating he finally passes out, and I scramble to my feet and run to my old room.

I awake in the morning and look at my pillow which is now red from the cut on my head I look at my stomach and see a large bruise and I go to look in the mirror and there is other cuts on my arm and on my face as well as a black eye.i cover the black eye up with make up and cover one of the cuts up as well as It was just a scratch. I put my scrubs on at home so I don't have to remove my shirt and work I get out of the house before he wakes up.
