...
Yeosang awoke, heaving a large sigh, Did I sleep thinking about Jongho? He got off his bed, slipping into his coat and trousers, brushing off the blankets of frost off his mirror, as he heard a knock on the door.
"Who is it?" he called as Princess Chaeyoung walked inside, her fingers wrapped around her skirts.
"You seem closer to Jongho" she giggled as she flopped onto Yeosang's massive bed.
"Yeah, we could be called friends" Yeosang cleared his throat.
"If so, can you set me up with him?" the princess drew circles on the sheets of Yeosang's bed.
Yeosang stopped doing the buttons of his royal blue jacket and clenched his jaw. "You shall marry me, not him" he said.
"Oh? Well, that is true, but I must at least spend my time with someone I have feelings for?" Chaeyoung stated.
"Well he doesn't feel the same way towards you" Yeosang huffed and stormed out of the room, leaving Chaeyoung confused.
Yeosang checked on his step-mother and stomped through the corridors and barged into the stables, hopped onto Midnight and galloped away, an annoying expression stamped across his pale face. "Me? Set her up with Jongho? No way"

Jongho awoke to the sound of the icy wind howling. He was told that the other kingdoms will be welcomed to the Kingdom of Ice later this afternoon, as a commemoration of the royal wedding. Somehow, the thought of Yeosang wedding his princess bothered him. Sure he was supposed to be happy that the princess was finally getting married, but the fact that it was Yeosang who she would kiss at the alter kept slapping his face.
He glanced at his puffy face and messed up hair in the mirror. He saw Yeosang standing next to him, his pale skin glowing and his soft white hair tousled. "I keep imagining you everywhere" he sighed and turned around to find his red blazer and black pants strewn on the chair.
He brushed his hair and wrapped himself around his uniform and strapped his sword by his waist. Jongho couldn't help but question how he felt towards Yeosang. It hasn't been long since they met but he was already feeling attracted to the other. He closed his eyes for a while as the black surface of his eyelids flashed images of Yeosang, and even worse, he imagined himself on top of the latter, tracing his lips down his bare abdomen.
"AH! Jongho! What in the world of the ethereal Kang Yeosang is wrong with you?!" Jongho yelped and tugged at his hair. "You little- Don't you have anything else to do? You need to touch some snow" he stood up and ran out of his temporary house.
Jongho knew that consulting his friends Choi San from the Kingdom of Earth and Jeong Yunho from the Kingdom of Wind would be the best solution for him to stop thinking about Yeosang with no pause.
Yeosang on the other hand was striding upon his horse, thinking of rather soft thoughts.
He wanted to love Jongho, he just wanted to. He wanted Jongho's warmth and smile all to himself. Yeosang wanted to stroke his tanned skin, trace his fingers around his face and place his pale lips on his pink ones. Jongho somehow managed to send him far away from his reality, and he liked it. Of course Yeosang loved having Jongho as a friend but he wanted something more.
Don't you obviously like him?, he thought to himself. He kept his thoughts aside in a safe place until afternoon comes and until he can talk to his love-expert friend Jung Wooyoung, the prince of the Kingdom of Wind.
"That reminds me, I better get to the palace and help out. . ." Yeosang turned his horse around and went back, hoping to meet Jongho in the afternoon. He had to help prepare for the grand ball which will be held for all the kingdoms in common in two days and for the welcome feast tonight.
