"What if that boy was me?"

"No, it can't be" Yeosang laughed, though quite nervously.

"I knew it was you the moment I held your hand one night we met here, and tonight, I confirmed my doubts. I didn't want to talk about it incase you wouldn't remember who I was. Guess you remember me too" Jongho smiled.

"Jongho. . ." Yeosang's grip on the other's hand tightened.

"I thought about you too" Jongho said as he pulled Yeosang into a tight embrace. "Your touch reassured me that I would be safe. And that day, the King found me, and he saved me. That's how I happen to be the captain of his army" he chuckled, Yeosang's cold body in his warm one.

Yeosang felt it, he felt like Jongho was melting him softly.

The day of the Engagement Ball :

Jongho awoke early, dressed up and rushed to the palace, to help out with today's plans. He was out of his uniform because who wanted to do man work with all those badges?

He made his way towards the palace, when he met her, Princess Chaeyoung.

"Good morning, Jongho" she said, with pain in her voice.

"Good morning, Princess" Jongho replied, guilt in his eyes. "I-"

"No, no, it's alright. I wish that you won't mention that" she gave out a slight chuckle as she smiled.

"If you wish" Jongho returned her smiled, but in a warmer way. Jongho walked away from the princess, because he knew that seeing him would only bring her pain of rejection.

Jongho surveyed the area, hoping to find a place where help is needed, when he saw a pale boy with snowy hair.

"Oi Snowboy!" Jongho called in excitement and ran to Yeosang, receiving wide-eyed looks for who-knows-why.

"O-oh Jongho" Yeosang turned around and scratched his nape in embarrassment. He suddenly grabbed Jongho's arm and ran into a small gap between the castle towers.

"Hey, hey, why are you so embarrassed?" Jongho questioned.

"Um, I don't want my co-workers to think that I've courted the captain of an army" Yeosang laughed nervously, obviously lying. Jongho had called him by his nickname, Snowboy,  in front of everyone who calls him Your Highness.

"Oh I understand. But if I were you, I would let them think what ever they want to" Jongho looked into Yeosang's eyes, quite deeply and then they travelled down to his lips and back to his eyes.

No, Jongho. He's going to runaway, Jongho looked away, but slow enough to see Yeosang's bright red ears.

The morning went by with Yeosang avoiding Jongho but failing. Yeosang would be lying if he said that he didn't have fun or if he said that he fell for the other even harder.
