Where is he going? Jongho thought as he followed the smaller figure in front of him, leading him deeper into the forest.

Jongho used this opportunity to breathe in the wonders around him. Larger pine trees scattered everywhere unlike the neatly place trees in the Kingdom. The spiky leaved trees were painted in white snow. Their massive trunks sunk in deep. The boots of the man in front of the him leaving prints on the cushion of snow.

The cold air sending chills down his back, but his warmth kept him from shivering, his strong muscular arms gripping his cloak and the necklace tightly.

After what seemed like a few minutes, the boy in front stopped and took off his cloak, revealing his snowy white hair, white coat and pants. His little figure approached a frozen pond and sat down.

Jongho looked around, he saw droplets of frozen rain decorating the place and white trees with black barks stood around the lake, almost hiding it from his view.

The place seemed magical, Jongho felt as if it was straight out of a fairy tale.

Jongho quietly approached the smaller figure sitting by the lake, not wanting to make a fuss.  He was glad the ground was snow and not sand like in the Kingdom of Fire.

Once he was close enough, he cleared his throat, softly. "Hello, I came to-" he was cut off by a loud yelp.

The boy jumped and looked at Jongho with furious eyes. "How did you follow me here? Why are you here?"

Jongho was taken aback, he just wanted to return the expensive looking necklace, but all he got was being yelled at by a lowly citizen in his rival kingdom.

He recognized the deep voice from the village, and it made him sure that he had come to the right place.

The smaller who observed Jongho with his grey eyes, eyed a sparkly necklace in his grasp.

"That's mine! Where did you get that? You stole it!" the boy stormed towards Jongho and yanked the necklace out of his grasp.

"Mister-whoever-you-are, I did not steal it, I found it lying on the floor and followed you here" Jongho crossed his arms.

"And how must I believe you?" the boy asked.

"I bumped into you remember? And that probably fell down" Jongho frowned and gestured towards the necklace. "You don't have to yell at me. I just did what was right"

"Oh," the boys' grey and furious eyes softened.

Jongho stopped frowning and looked at the boy in front of him.

His snowy white locks fell neatly over his grey orbs. His angular nose and soft lips looked highlighted against his pale skin. His white coat had little delicate designs embroidered on it with silver string, and their Kingdom's crest embroidered on his chest. His long neck decorated with a fine silver necklace that curved over his visible collarbone. His figure was quiet muscular and stood with pride.

He must be a son of a rich duke Jongho thought.

He looked so ethereal and gorgeous that Jongho felt a slight blush creep into his cheeks.

No, Choi Jongho, he is just a man. . . He is a man he patted his cheeks hoping to tone down the blush.

"What are you doing?" the boy asked.

"N-nothing" Jongho quickly tied his hands behind his back.

"Anyways, I sincerely thank you for returning his necklace since it is very precious to me. You may leave" the boy looked away and walked back and sat back down.

"You're greatly welcome, but I might as well sit with you" Jongho walked over to the boy and sat next to him. "Do not protest, I will not bother you"

After Jongho had said it, the atmosphere was followed by silence, except for the sound of the howling wind and tinkling of the frozen droplets of rain.

"What may I call you?" the other finally filled the air with his soft yet deep voice.

"You shall call me Choi Jongho" Jongho crossed his legs at the ankles and spared a glance at the boy.

He was facing the lake and his side view was just as gorgeous. Jongho could see the littlest snowflakes resting upon the boys' long eyelashes.

"What about you?" Jongho asked.

"Kang Yeosang, you may call me that" the boy, Yeosang said.

"The sound that resonates from a high place" Jongho said, almost in a whisper.

"I'm sorry?" Yeosang glanced at Jongho.

"It's the meaning to your name" Jongho too, locked eyes with the latter.

"Well who gave you the right to look into what my name means?" Yeosang glanced away, but Jongho swore he saw a pink tint in his cheeks.

"Mind you, I am the captain of the army of the Kingdom of Fire" Jongho boasted.

"So you're of fire?" Yeosang asked.

"Yes, I am" Jongho said with audible pride in his voice.

"I'm from the Kingdom of I-" Yeosang was broken off.

"Yes I can see that you're from the Kingdom of Ice" Jongho narrowed his eyes and got a scoff from Yeosang instead.

"You may leave, thank you very much" Yeosang said.

"Well, excuse me, this place isn't yours. . ." Jongho steadied his posture. "I will stay here and enjoy the wonders of this magical location"

"As you wish" Yeosang too, did not move.

Their little quarrel was followed by another silence until Jongho decided to talk.

"So, do you come here often?" Jongho asked.

"Yes, this is my favorite place in this Kingdom. I love the icy breeze and the tinkle of the frozen rain" Yeosang stated.

"I see why you like this place. . ." Jongho said.

The duo kept looking around and would turn away when their gazes would meet.

Yeosang was marveling at the vines of frozen rain drops when he heard a melodious hum. He turned to find Jongho humming a soft melody while drawing on the snow with his finger, leaving the touched snow melted.

"You sing?" Yeosang asked.

"I do" Jongho stopped his humming and looked at Yeosang.

"The captain of an army sings" Yeosang teased as a little laugh escaped his lips, making Jongho laugh with him. The air was suddenly filled with laughter. It even amazed Yeosang quiet a bit, it was the first time he laughed in a long time.

"Well captain, I better get going now. Father must be furious" Yeosang stood up and brushed the specks of snow off of his pants. "We shall meet again if fate allows us"

With that said, he pulled his cloak over him and left Jongho alone.

"He's gorgeous"
