"Jongho?" Yeosang's cheeks reddened with embarrassment.

"Snowboy, why are you crying?" Jongho had worry in his eyes. He knelt beside the other.

"Please leave, Jongho. I don't want you to see me like this" Yeosang's voice sounded muffled and chocked with tears. "Please"

"I won't leave you in this state. What do you take me for?" Jongho gave out a soft chuckle, while he tried his best and removed the latter's hands from his pale face, which was now red out of embarrassment and sorrow. "What's wrong?"

"You won't bother listening to me anyway Jongho. Please go" Yeosang bit his lower lip as he felt Jongho sit beside him.

"You know what would help you the most?" Jongho smiled, rather mischievously.

"What?" Yeosang questioned.

"Come with me"

The last thing Yeosang knew was that he felt Jongho's familiar warmth in his hands as he was dragged out of the palace and was hurled onto Midnight. His lover's action made his lips curl in adoration.

Midnight sped past the snow coated pine trees and he slowed by the place he had first talked with Jongho, the frozen lake.

Jongho helped Yeosang down and led him towards the lake and made him sit with him.

"You may speak, my Snowboy" Jongho scooted closer to the other and gently made Yeosang place his head on his shoulder.

After hesitating, Yeosang just, decided to let it out, because he knew that no one would listen to him other than Jongho.

"My father. . ." he started and Jongho was all ears. "He wants me to bond closer to the Princess, when he promised me to agree to the conditions I imposed before agreeing to marry her. He let her into my chambers when he clearly knows that I don't allow women inside" he sighed.

"Why do you not allow women into your room? Shouldn't men usually love having women in their rooms?" Jongho chuckled.

"My Mother. . ." Yeosang twirled his index finger as a little blizzard circled around it. "She was the only person I would let into my room. She used to tell me not to bring women into my room" he chuckled. "Specially the Princess, she reminds me too much of Mother. She has similar hair and complexion and the way she behaves is all too many memories. Father never cared for Mother and nor did he mind about my her illness. He just had conflicts with your kingdom, blaming them for poisoning my mother"

Jongho didn't speak, instead, he put his arm around him and stroked Yeosang's soft hair.

"And the necklace she left for me, I lost it. It's never a good sign, is it?" Yeosang looked at Jongho, who was looking at him with the most fond eyes he's ever seen.

"It is a good sign. Because I have your necklace" Jongho dipped his hand into his pocket and fished out Yeosang's blue necklace. "It brought you to me, and it always will" he placed the necklace in the other's open hand. "Don't ever lose it, my love. You're Mother would want to stay with you even after you found your lover" Jongho smiled, as if reassuring him that he'd stay by his side. "Also, I did not steal it, I just couldn't return it to you that day"

All he got a soft smile from Yeosang and he didn't hesitate to return it.

No matter what the occasion was, Yeosang always managed to get charmed by his Captain's smile. Yeosang smiled as he cupped Jongho's face, "Promise me to be by my side"

"I promise" Jongho's eyes sparkled as Yeosang closed the gap between their lips. Their lips moved in sync, both of them enjoying the chills that ran through their backs, signaling them that what they're doing is not what's supposed to be. But they still loved each other anyways. They still wanted each other.

They finally pulled away. Yeosang looked into Jongho's eyes, he watched them sparkle for him, making him smile.

"Don't get so worked up about trivial things again okay? I know that she reminds you of your mother, but she's trying too. You know well that she loves the same person as you do" Jongho smiled, while gently brushing a curl of white hair out of Yeosang's face.

"I won't get worked up. I hope" Yeosang let out a happy sigh.

He was glad that Jongho existed for him.
He was glad that Jongho comforted him.
He was glad that Jongho loved him.
