Valentine's Day was just around the corner and I wanted to do something special for the guys. I also wanted to sneak Jimin a special gift without the others noticing. I knew that it was celebrated differently than in America, and the tradition was that women give men chocolates. I bought a small box of chocolates for all seven of them, and then got one more gift for each of them so I could sneak in something for Jimin that the others would hopefully not think twice about. I asked them to invite Namjoon to join the class so we could celebrate together.

I laid out all 7 boxes with their names on them along with a gift bag with their extra gift inside.

When the boys arrived, Namjoon asked, "What's this?"

"I wanted to show my appreciation to all of you for how kind and welcoming you have been. I love working with all of you. Here, sit."

They all sat down and one-by-one began to open their gifts. Jin unwrapped his present to find a fancy set of pink chopsticks with a case. He looked carefully and found that they were engraved with a date and the outline of a finger heart. "Oh, cool! It's engraved with the date that we first met. Thank you, Addy!"

"Well, I know you like pink and you like to eat. I hope you enjoy them."

Next came Namjoon. "A book of poetry. Thank you, Addy!"

Then came Hobi. "Silly socks!"

"I have a large collection of silly socks and whenever I feel down, I put them on to help lift my spirits. Hobi, you are always there to lift other people's spirits, so I wanted to share this with you."

"Addy, that's so thoughtful! Thank you."

Next came Taehyung. "A scarf. It's so soft. I like the color, too." He studied it and noticed there was no tag. "Did you make this, Addy?"

"Yes. I know it's nothing fancy like you are used to, but I figured you could wear it off camera if you ever got cold."

"No, Addy. I'm going to wear it on camera. It's beautiful. Thank you!"

Jungkook was next. "A sketching pencil set! Awesome! Thank you!"

Yoongi opened his gift and looked at me puzzled. "Pedagogy of the Oppressed by Paulo Freire?"

"Yes. It's an educational theory book, but I think you will really enjoy it. In fact, I'd love to hear your thoughts on it after you read it."

Yoongi smiled at me and replied, "Well, it has 'oppressed' in the title, so I will definitely have to give it a try. Thank you, Addy!"

Finally came Jimin. He opened up his present to find a blue music note keychain with a decorative key charm attached. "This is nice. Thank you, Addy." I could tell he was a little underwhelmed. He hadn't caught onto my hint.

"The music note is actually a bottle opener, too," I explained.

"Oh, cool," Taehyung chimed in.

"Yes. Items that serve more than one purpose can be quite handy." I said, looking at Jimin trying to communicate the message across. I soon realized I needed to give it an extra push.

"Okay, gentlemen! How about you enjoy your chocolates because I have a special activity planned for today and you are going to need your energy. Eat up, Jimin."

Jimin looked at me with curiosity and opened up his box of chocolates. He picked up a chocolate, took a bite, and looked down. He noticed something shining underneath the paper candy cups. He looked back up at me and then looked over at the other guys to see if they had noticed. Thankfully, they were too busy eating their chocolate and talking. He gently pried up the empty candy cup to get a better look and saw a key.

Jimin smiled and looked up at me. He had figured it out. I had given him a key to my apartment. He carefully pulled the key out of the box and slid it into his pocket. "Thank you for the chocolates, Addy." He flashed his eye smile at me.

Yoongi POV

Addy gave me a book for Valentine's Day. She remembered I liked to read, which was sweet, but I was a bit unsure if I would like a book about education considering my history. As we sat and ate our chocolate, I opened up the book and started to read. I was immediately hooked. It was like it spoke to me. Addy's gift choice was brilliant, just like her.

After we finished our chocolates, Addy explained the lesson for the day was going to involve the practical application of our English language skills. She instructed us to bundle up because we were going outside and walking to Youth Square. It had been snowing outside all day, which left me wondering what exactly it was that she had planned. Once we all got there, she explained.

"Okay, everybody!" she exclaimed, "We are going to have a snowball fight! The real challenge, though, is that you can only communicate with each other in English. Namjoon and I will each be on one of the teams to make sure you only speak English. If you use a non-English word, you will have to stand still and be subjected to a snowball pummeling from the other team for a full minute. Each team will have five minutes to make some snowballs and strategize ahead of time before the fight begins. Okay, Namjoon, let's pick our teams!"

Namjoon picked Taehyung, Jin, and Jimin for his team. Addy picked Jungkook, Hobi, and me. I was thankful to have Jungkook on the team. I have to say, Addy had surprisingly good aim, hitting both Namjoon and Jin squarely on the chest with ease. At one point, she slipped in the snow and fell backward. I caught her before she landed on the ground. My hero!" she exclaimed and giggled, wrapping her arms around my neck. I looked down at her smiling blue eyes and rosy cheeks and melted. Little did she know, I wanted to kiss her right then and there. If only she was single.

I helped her back up and she yelled, "Let's get them!" She grabbed an armful of snowballs and charged the other team, focusing most of her aims at Jimin. Where did she get all of this energy from? Addy was usually calm and sweet. She was a force to be reckoned with, to say the least.

Eventually, all of us tired out from the play. All except Jungkook, of course, who was the last man standing. Addy, Hobi, Jungkook, and I cheered for our team's victory. I was exhausted as I looked over to see Addy beaming as she huffed and puffed. I think she may have needed this more than any of us.

We returned back to Hybe to get some coffee and decided to skip dance practice because we were too tired. Addy felt bad about it, but it was so worth it. We needed to get out and enjoy ourselves, plus we got to have fun practicing communicating only in English. The best part, however, was getting to hold Addy in my arms.
