COMPROMISE

The bell sounded for the ending of 8th period class. My senior year was almost done and I was on to bigger and better things.......college life.

The thought of a new school, new environment and possibly new friends made me a little excited. Of course, I will miss my highschool friends but I felt like I've outgrown them a long time ago, especially my girlfriend Natalia.

We've been dating on and off for a year....she was tolerable at first until she started being controlling. Natalia was hot, had a nice body but didn't have any hobbies or interest other than shopping and having sex. The sex part was cool, but other than that there wasn't any reason for me to be around her. I can't deal with the controlling and Ollie definitely hates it.....I'll explain who he is later. I'm planning on breaking things off with Natalia once I head off to college....I hope she'll understand. If not, oh well.

Speaking of Natalia, she's coming towards me and I already know she's going to ask me about the Expo. It's an indoor skateboarding arena where a lot of kids from our school went to hang out. I used to love going there, but lost interest once more and more kids began going. Too much fighting, he said she said and who's sexing who type of drama. Plus, I got into one or two little situations hanging out there.

I have worked at Larry's Sporting Goods since my sophomore year. I don't need the job but I like the feeling of making my own money. Not to brag or anything but I'm an only child and my parents are somewhat rich....well not somewhat, they're loaded. They were set to pay my tuition but I got a full academic scholarship. Since I'm eighteen, they decided the money they were going to use for my college education, they would put it in a savings account for me to do with it as I pleased. My dad already brought me a car a year ago and put me on their insurance, so I don't need the money for that either. I won't touch the savings and use my work money I put aside for my dorm room and any other essentials I may need.

They gotta lot of strip clubs over there in Slotsdale, that's like 15 minutes away from campus.
