Devin looked over in the girl's direction, he knew everyone that worked here but had no clue who she was.

"Blue crop top....who are you?"

She looked up in shock, she wasn't expecting to be noticed amongst the group of women. Devin stood there and waited for her response.

"I'm Sonya. I just started working here last week."

Devin looked at Shane and he immediately went to search the rooms. Bull walked up to her and grabbed her phone and gave it to him.

"Who sent you?" He asked.

"N-No one sent me, I told you, I just started working here. Marcy hired me."

"No one gets hired unless I approve it. Who sent you?"

Some street pimp she used to work for, that's probably who's hiding up there now.

As soon as Ollie said the words, Shane had the man in handcuffs and the real Sonya in the doorway. Her eyes were puffy from crying and she had a busted lip.

"You ladies are dismissed. Bull, please lock down the premises and double check their rooms and my office."

Sonya and the man came into the training room and she ran into Devin's arms.

"Are you ok?"

She nodded her head.

"Tell me what happened?"

She began to talk, but Ollie showed Devin everything that the man was thinking and what he planned to do.

"Ok, you can go home if you want," Devin said to her but she declined.

"No, Daddy...I just want to take a shower and go to bed."

Devin let her and put his focus on the culprits. They sat in the chairs with no remorse or fear of what would happen.

"Are the police on their way? I don't have all day," the man said, leaning back in the chair. The young woman snickered.

"I'll post bail and be out of there by the morning," he continued.

This guys a rich kid turned white collar criminal, he'll at the most get a slap on the wrist.

Devin stood listening to the man ramble and wanted to handle things the right way. After the Stonewell situation, he wasn't too sure if his police call would be taken seriously.

"Jackson baby, can we go to Sal's after this?" The woman whined.

Jackson?

That name made Devin smile from the memories attached to it. The man wasn't him or looked anything like his childhood bully but it didn't matter to Devin.

"So you planned on robbing me? Aren't you already doing well for yourself, Mr. Jackson?"

"Rob you? You don't bring in enough money here for me to wanna do that. I just came here to have a little fun, that's all."

This prick is definitely lying.

Devin went to Shane and whispered to him. "I'm going to need you to take them somewhere after I finish. I don't care where, just far away from Begonia. You can take the black truck."

Shane gave a nod and went out of the training room to get the keys.

"The police are taking forever...what the hell." The dark haired man sat impatiently.

"Hell will be the only thing you'll see after this," Devin said.

They both looked unmoved. The black abyss took over Devin's eyes and the man began to blink rapidly as he felt his eyes begin to burn. He fell out of the chair yelling and screaming for the pain to stop. The woman screamed with him, scared at what she was witnessing.

"Jackson! Baby, what's wrong?!" The woman yelled.

He slowly opened his eyes. "I can't see!! I can't fucking see!!"

In a flash the woman was lifted into the air. She couldn't breath and scratched at her neck. Her eyes filled with tears as her tongue burned to nothing and she felt like she swallowed fire.

"If what happened here gets back to me, your condition will get worse. Do you understand?" Devin asked the woman and she nodded her head.

"Thank you both for coming to Begonia, I hope you enjoyed your visit."

They were escorted out of Begonia and taken wherever Shane saw fit. Devin went back to his earlier task of making sure Begonia was back to his liking.

***

I was in my office looking up the information on the man and woman that just left Begonia. I was checking to see if there was an error in the man's profile that was missed, but everything came back legit. He had the money and fit Begonia's criteria.

There was a knock on the door. "Is it okay to come in, Daddy?"

"Yes, Mixie, come in."

Mixie was one of my first employees here at Begonia. She was very loyal and followed rules here to a tee. She was usually the one to say something when clients weren't cooperative or the girls didn't follow protocol.

Mixie sat down in the chair in front of my desk. She looked nervous and I understood.

"Daddy, I tried to tell the girls they should get up early and clean this morning but they ignored me."

Mixie had dark umber skin, curly hair and hazel eyes. Her big breast fit her petite body perfectly. She was the only Begonia beauty that I actually thought about making personally mine. She served drinks here and assisted Marcy when needed.

"It's okay, thank you for trying. You've always cared about the reputation of Begonia and I appreciate that, Mixie."

"You're a great boss so I don't mind."

"Thank you, Mixie." I smiled and she blushed.

"Out of all the girls, you're the only one I trust.... Do you know that?"

A smile formed on her face at my words then she looked down.

"I want you to be my eyes and ears when I'm not here. I'm going to give you my number so you can text if you see anything out of order."

I wrote down the number then got up to give it to her. Mixie stood up and continued listening to everything I was saying.

"Don't tell anyone what we talked about or that you're watching them. This is between you and me....okay?"

"Yes Sir. I won't say anything, you have my word."

I knew she looked at me for validation and wanted to make me proud, that's why I chose her from day one to eventually do this. I just needed to build her trust in me and gain her loyalty.

"Thank you, Mixie."

I leaned down and softly kissed her cheek and could tell she was nervous as her breathing trembled. She was adorable.

"I know you're off for the next few days and I'll see you when you return."

"Okay."

Mixie walked toward the door then stopped and turned around. "I promise I won't let you down."

She left and I smiled, knowing Mixie meant every word she just said.

You already had her under your spell, Dev. You better keep her there.

Oh, I will.
