Damion and Mina exchanged a few words but luckily he was in a hurry to go with Cedric somewhere. She left before news could reach Cedric that she was there but stayed hidden to follow them.

Once in the woods, she stood back in the old church watching everything unfold. Devin was so calm but his power was undeniable. Mina bit her bottom lip at him, breaking Cedric's legs.

Mina blushed at Tangela's words. She then saw the girl go flying through the church doors like Damion. Not wanting to miss anything, Mina went through the back and hid behind some trees.

Her eyes stayed fixated on Devin's every move. There was no fear in him and the sound of his voice made her lower region moisten. She turned her back towards them, imagining him giving her first experience of a kiss. Mina wanted to experience all her first with Devin.

"What are you doing here, Mixie?"

Mina's eyes widened at the sound of her name. It was too late for her to run away, so she walked out from the dark trees. Devin didn't look angry but concerned, which she understood.

"H-Hi, I was just watching Cedric."

"Cedric is your boyfriend?"

Devin put out his hand. "Do you want to come with me?"

Without hesitation, Mina grabbed his hand and followed him into his portal. She didn't know where he was taking her and she didn't care.

Gela, holding his hand, sent tingles down my spine.

They walked into Devin's place where everything was back to normal...no ice or freezing temperature.

"You have a nice place, Devin. It's so clean..."

"Thank you. Would you like something to drink?" Devin asked.

"I'll take water, please."

Devin went to grab a bottle out of the fridge then handed it to her. He stared into her eyes and she turned away.

He went to sit on the sofa and she followed sitting next to him.

Devin ignored Ollie. "Who are you, Mina...the real you?"

Her heart raced at his question. Devin knew she saw what happened at the church and by her reaction...he could tell she's used to the things she's witnessed.

"And please don't lie..." He continued.
