"Cr9nus!" Kankri screamed. "Please 6e alright. I just kn9w you will 6e...." He said, trailing off his words with tears.
That was the day I would never forget.

"Hey Kankri. Wvanna hang at my place tonight?" I asked. "As long as y9u pr9mise to tag y9ur triggers." He said, smiling, which was very rare for him. We had walked to my place and I carried on talking about the moive Grease, while he seemed to listen very carefully. "So howv wvould you like to maybe wvatch some moivwes tonight?" I asked, seeming a little happier than usual. "Well its fine 6ut do they have any triggers in it that c9uld 6e 9ffensive?" He asked. "Of course not." I said, trying to hide the fact that they had a few triggers at least in them. I turned on Grease first because it was my favorite movie of all time, and Kankri got up to go make some pop corn. Once he returned, I started the movie and had a little bit of pop corn. "Opps..." I said, trying to take the piece of pop corn out of his hand. "Y9u really d9 kn9w h9w t9 6e triggering Cr9nus." He said, smiling. I obviously took his hand and kissed it, grinning hugely. Time went on and the movie had finished, ended up having Kankri cuddling me as well, with a dark red face. I turned on something a little less interesting and we watch "Dancing with the Stars". I ended up falling asleep during the first episode, and Kankri had somehow managed to sleep ontop of me. As soon as I woke up, I had the sudden urge to kiss his firehead morning. He was still asleep so thankfully no trigger warnings came out of his mouth. I had decided to actually attempt to make breakfest and had invited Porrim over to show me how. Once she arrived, she seemed a little pissed. "O+h Cro+nus, why do+ yo+u need me at this ho+ur?" She asked. "Because I wvanted to learn howv to cook food for Kankri." I replied. "O+kay..." She said, and showed me how to cook. "No+w yo+u try it Cro+nus." She said, and she supervised. I actually managed to finish way before Kankri woke up. As soon as I had set the table as best as I could, Porrim sat down and Kankri came to the table still half asleep. "Whats f9r 6reakfest?" He asked. "Somethin Humans make occasionally called eggs and bacon." I said. "Well maybe yo+u sho+uld pay mo+re attentio+n to+ human culture Cro+nus." She remarked. I only laughed at her remarks. "Porrim.... You really expect me, someone wvhos nevwer cooked before, to pay attention to human culture?" I asked. "Pretty much. Yo+u sho+uld just incase we enter SGRUB and there are humans in it." She said, seeming a little cold. "Fine wvhatevwer Porrim." I said, seeming rejected. "Well 6ef9re y9u g9 triggering all 9f Alternia, w9uld y9u tw9 please just g9 tag y9ur triggers and st9p fighting at the ta6le!" Kankri remarked, seeming a little angrier than usual. "Yo+u o+kay Kanny?" Porrim asked, lightening up. "Yeah Im fine P9rrim...." He said. I started to actually eat my food while Porrim and Kankri talked the morning away. I thought I did okay for the first time making food, off Porrims instructions. I went outside and started to smoke one of my cigarettes like usual, when Meenah came about and smacked it out of my hand. "Woops.. Sorry Cronus. Gu-ess I cant go around doing t)(at again!" She said sarcastically. "Wvhat do you evwen wvant anywvays?" I said. "O)( no)(ing much dork 38)." She said, and smiled. "Wvill you shout up wvith callin me a dork, princess." I said. "Ug)(. You are no fun to m-ess wit)( Cronus!" She said, and walked away with my cigarette. "Rude...." I said, and lite yet again another cigarette. "CR9NUS! WHAT HAVE I T9LD Y9U A69UT SM9KING?" Kankri shouted once he got outside. "Wvell you see.... Not like I wvas plannin on it but Meenah came aroudn and wvell.... Yeah...." I said. "D9ESNT MEAN ITS 9KAY T9 D9 IT CRONUS... I l9ve you Cr9nus.... I d9n't want t9 see you dead fr9m it....." He said, and started to tear up. Porrim just left then and walked back to her hive. "Okay, okay Kankri.... Its gonna be okay... Ill stop smokin and you can be happy again!" I said, tryin to make him smile again. "9kay...." He said, and dried his tears on his sweater. "I lovwe you too Kankri..." I said, blushing at the thought. "Well may6e we c9uld g9 f9r a walk Cr9nus." He suggested. "Sure thin Kankri. Just let me put these awvay." I said. After the walk Kankri had gone home and I sat around watching T.V until Kankri came over the next day. Someone had knocked on the door and it was Meenah with her Trident. "Ummm... Meenah. You okay there?" I asked. "W)(y do you car-e anyways?" She said, and pulled me outside. She pointed the trident at my chest and went for it. "Owwwvvvv Meenah. Get the fuck out of here..." I said, starting to bleed right in the chest. "CR9NUS!" Kankri shouted, trying to stop the magenta blood rushing out of my body. "Kankri.... I wvill.... Alwvays.... Lovwe.... You...." I said. Kankri kissed my lips goodbye, and said "I l9ve y9u too Cr9nus...." With tears streaming down his face. "Cr9nus!" Kankri screamed. "Please 6e alright. I just kn9w you will 6e...." He said, trailing off his words with tears. And as I said before, that was the day I would never forget.
