Karkat X Nepeta

He stared at his T.V screen, watching of a few of his favorite romcoms in one day. It made you smile as he silently watched. At one point, you got up and he clinged onto you, begging for you to leave. You only giggled and watched a few with him. They were all a little boring but there was something humans called "True Love". You had no clue what that even was, but you had believed in it! "NEPETA, WHY ARE YOU STARING AT ME?" Karkat asks. "Oh sorry Karkitty. I didn't mean to. I just spaced out." You reply, smiling. "Maybe it's time fur our tea purty Karkitty." You say, smiling even wider. "YOU KNOW I CAN SAY 'NO' TO THAT IF I WANT, SINCE WE TECHNICALLY AREN'T IN PUBLIC. IF WE WERE, FINE WHATEVER. NOW, NO." He says, grabbing his blanket and hiding in it. "Awwwww purease Karkitty?" You ask. "NOPE. NO MEANS NO NEPETA." He says, yawning a little bit. "Fine I guess I will purhaps leave then." You say. "FINE WHATEVER. LEAVE ME TO WATCHING MY ROMCOMS ALONE NEPETA. AREN'T YOU JUST DEAR?" He says, rolling his eyes. You get up, and open his front door, slamming it shut as you walk off. You begin to feel like utter shit at that moment, but why would you care anyways? He was the one who was keeping you captive. Maybe you needed the break anyways and really should update your shipping wall you drool over constantly. I mean, Karkat wouldn't have been as rude as he had been if everyone was around but then yet again, he usually is rude and .... well Karkat Vantas. There wasn't much you could do about that though. "Nepeta, I was wondering if you wanted to hang out later at the park?" Equius says, walking beside you before you tackle-pounce him. "Of course Equius!" You say, smiling wide, feeling much better than before. "Okay. Be there by sundown and make sure to bring nobody else alongside." He says and walks away, smiling really big.

You fall asleep once you get home and set a timer for 6, making sure you will be up by then. While you are asleep, someone pesters you:

CG: I REALLY WANT TO HANG OUT WITH YOU LATER, BUT I HAVE NO FUCKING CLUE IF YOU ACTUALLY WOULD EXCEPT MY REQUEST.
CG: I HAVE WAITED A FEW MINUTES AND I BET YOU ARE JUST IGNORING FOR EARLIER.
CG: IM SORRY FOR HOW I WAS EARLIER NEPETA. I KNOW YOU PROBABLY ARE HATING ME, BUT DONT.
CG: YEAH, SPEAK OF THIS EVER, I WILL HAVE YOUR FUCKING HEAD ON MY GOGDAMN WALL TOO.
CG: I JUST NEVER *HAD* THE GUTS TO EVER ASK YOU OUT ON A DATE NEPETA.
CG: I WOULD NEVER RECOVER EASILY IF YOU RECLINED MY REQUEST

You wake up and see all the messages from Karkat and instantly call Equius. You explain to him your situation and he nearly excepts it from his side, and you rush over to Karkat's, banging on the door. "Karkitty!" You shout, smiling really big. "Karkitty?" You ask. "Karkat. This isn't furry (very) funny anymore. Purrlease come out now Karkat." You say, stopping the puns to prove a point. "Karkat!!!!" You shout, looking at his door and walking away. You begin to mumble a few things to yourself before bumping into the troll of the hour. "Oh I'm furry sorry." You say before noticing the mutant's eyes bloodshot. "Karkitty? Are you alright?" You ask him, wiping his tears away. "NOT AT ALL NEPETA. I-I THOUGHT YOU HATED ME OR..." He begans to say before you kiss him. "Karkitty Vantas. I love you and won't abandon my feelings fur you furever." You say and kiss him again, noticing Equius in the background smiling wide for you. He gives you a thumbs up, and now your life is finally complete. You, Nepeta Leijon, made Karkat Vantass fall in love with you. And it was a beautiful thing too. True Love was a real thing. "NEPETA.... WHEN I FIRST LAID EYES ON YOU, I KNEW YOU WERE THE ONE. YOU WERE MY EVERYTHING, EVEN IF I DIDNT ADMIT IT AT ALL TO YOU." He says and flushes a deep red, the color of his blood.
