✅ Best way to prepare for exams:

We know the answers to that already but we don't do it, 'coz we're lazy :c

This also suits your request for studying on a longer period of time mate: @vampirina1210

I don't usually study 12-15 hours in a row mate but these are the tips I gathered up. 👍

1. Avoid cramming 🤯

School causes anxiety, we say.

But sometimes we're the reason who trigger anxiety mates.

Cramming causes anxiety and we literally do that mistake all the damn time.

We're just not organized and ready for that.🤷‍♂️

So take my advise and try to avoid it as much as possible.

I had to adjust myself as soon as I reached senior year and it killed me tbh. I couldn't afford to slack off anymore and I had multiple of sleepless nights just cause I didn't think smart but hard.

It could've been avoided and I definitely would've gotten a better grade on my exams. 🥲

2. Manage your time ⏲

It is extremely difficult to stick to a schedule and I don't blame you for that.

But the earlier you start practicing and preparing yourself, the better.

Not just for school but for your future life.

To avoid future over-stressing and anxiety, start doing small changes now.

It's best to study 2 months before and exam. -> building a habit

Study in intervals: Like studying for 30-50 minutes then have a short break 10-20 minutes. Repeat🔄

It takes a while but definitely works rather than stuffing informations for 1 hour straight.

Yes, even if you don't know what topics might appear on your test/exams you got to study them throughly.

The first week is going to be a pain for the arse. I get that, but try to stick to it. 👌

Practice makes perfect afterall.

3. Place of study🚪

Studying in the same room for a period of time can be exhausting and boring.

Therefore, try to switch places if you feel like slacking off.

Instead of staying in your bedroom, walk to your living room. Or instead of being in a library, go to a cafe.

Important: a room that is less cluttered (avoid distractions) and plenty of air.

4. Exercise 🏋‍♂️🏋‍♀️

This is why I love exercising! ^^

Not only do you benefit from it for your physical health, but also improves your overall mental health.
