So the solution would be: learning how to be disciplined.

Not me thinking about an old school routine... 👉😙👈

Let's move on.

" WHAT IS DISCIPLINE?! "

Some misunderstand that word... especially small children. :D

Am I right?

Discipline means to sacrifice an immediate pleasure for long lasting results.

You have to have patience, courage and focus all at once.

So here are some tips and reality checks that hurt the most🥲🤧:

1. Be humble👼

I always advise you to prioritize yourself and be confident!

I still do, but it is also important to know when to be and not.

Stay humble and don't be narcissistic.

Know your weakness and strengths.

You don't need to prove them, unless someone is challenging you so step aside and be humble to people.

Besides, that's the most dangerous human being xD.

You know, the worst enemy is self destruction and that happens when you overestimate yourself that could lead to humiliation.

So don't rush! Take your time on things.

2. Set goals 🏁

Find something worth fighting for.

Small things, big things...

Whatever mate! Just make sure to stick to it until the fight is over!

It's the purpose that strives you to be perfect!

Stay motivated and remember why you started!

✅ Shredded abs? DO IT!
✅ Better grades? DO IT!
✅ Unforgettable memories for others? WHAT IS HOLDING YOU BACK?? DO IT 🤡

3. Focus on what is necessary 🗿

Don't even try to find excuses.

✅Hang out with good people only. -> Avoid toxic people

Give your attention to those who deserve it and who only means you good.

✅Value yourself more. Find what is good for you (like study oriented, health...)

✅ Don't stop even if you failed.
Failure is just another step to success. You don't know how it feels like to strive for a goal worth bearing obstacles, if it doesn't require sacrifice.

4. Create a fun routine 🥳

To stick to a certain routine, you have to have fun in it.

Same goes with work and studies. Find a job you want to do, not because of the cash but what makes you happy. 🌼

Nothing sucks more than sticking to a routine where your head is allover the clouds and you notice how much time you're wasting. ⏳

May it setting up a routine like:

✅ Work out 3x a week (30min) 🏋‍♂️
✅ Study after school (20 minutes) 📖
✅ Do art 2x a week (30 min) 🎨

What is important is that you are having fun and making a better version of yourself!☺

5. Treat yourself 🍪 🍫 🍬

To keep you moving forward after a hard battle, you deserve a treat.

It doesn't have to be a material (like air pods) it can also be some spare time.

✅ continue watching your series / movies
✅ spend free time for yourself
✅ eat and go out with mates
✅ play video games
