*sigh* I don't have it myself but I know a ton who do.

This is a chapter I wanted to write for a long time. Especially as there are plenty of young people in this platform have anxiety.

I don't know how it feels like to continually live in anxiety but I do know that it sucks.

I had to search some informations as I don't have it myself. I hope it works for you.

This chapter is for you (:

I have good news for ya, anxiety and chronic stress are highly treatable.😁 Some need to make appointments with therapists, depending on how hard their anxiety is.

I have found some natural treatments though.

1. Exercise 🏋‍♂️

I know not everyone of you is a "sporty-fit-want-to-be-person"

However, exercise is a great way to burn fat and anxious energy. A 2016 study suggested that exercise can benefit people with anxiety related to quitting smoking. 🚭

2. Meditation 🧘‍♂️

" Be mindful in silence. "

Anxiety and stress are triggered due to over thinking.

So taking a moment of silence and deep breaths, can slow racing thoughts and make you feel peace.

5 minutes a day is enough for the start. Try it out.

3. Find a hobby✍🏼

As a overloaded student I noticed that I get more stressed frequently and barely take any breaks.

I always study and write, but writing has become a sort of 'break' for me as I study.

It has balanced within time.

Just like when I'm writing or reading books I feel at peace.

Same goes with drawing ✏ or painting 🎨.

4. Time management ⏳

Yes, I always mention this.

We need to manage time and not do stuffs last hour.

You are stressed, overwhelmed and filled with anxiety?

Well, time plays a big part in that.

Pushing your work behind, while getting new work will only cause a pile of work in the end. Then the deadline reaches.

I know it's hard, but try taking time on your homework or studies right when you get home.

Just to leave space in case it gets too tight.

Speaking from own experience x') I could've done so much more if I listened and did my own advice when I was younger-

5. Herbal teas 🍵

Many herbal supplements claim to reduce anxiety and stress and some studies support that evidence.

Drink warm herbal teas can make you feel calm. Just avoid drinking to much as tea has high caffeine (more than coffee ☕) and could trigger your anxiety.

6. Time with animals 🐕 🐈

"A dog/cat is a man's best friend."

Ever heard of this quote or something similar?

Well, it isn't wrong.

Pets offer companionship, love and support. It benefits especially for mental health. ❤

Spending time with animals can also reduce anxiety and stress associated with trauma. Results of a 2015 systematic review suggest that grooming and spending time with horses can alleviate some of these effects. 🐎
