I don't have extreme mental breakdowns but I know it's energy consuming and very irritating. 😒

So I decided to share some stuff that may or may not help y'all out. It works for me tbh.🙂

Lie down or sit in a comfortable position 🧎‍♂️🛌

It's not called 'mental breakdown' for no reason. It lies in the name already: Break.

Sometimes we overwork ourself physically and mentally, ending up breaking down.

We could prevent that, if only we took breaks off it ourselves. 🤷‍♂️

Focus on your breathing 🫁

Fun fact: Soldiers/ Marines/Navy Seals, all those strong men/women take them to control their breathing in the midst of chaos.

You should too. You forget to breath and feel all scrunched up. You simply hyperventilate when all you need to do is breath deep in and out.

Talk to someone or write it down 👄

When I feel like breaking down, I try to express myself and think about it. I seek for others opinion ( don't necessarily have to adress the problem) and review their perspectives on it.

Sometimes I write it down, just to have a clearer view on what bothers me so much lately.

Works wonders! 🌟

Cry (Don't hold back) 😢

I don't cry a lot myself. Barely do but I know people who need to burst just like feel a bit better. Even if it is just a little light change, it is still a change.

So don't hold back. Cry it all out and be free mate. It's not a sign of weakness, not to me.

I know you held onto it for long and went on strong.

It is alright to let go and cry it out.

When these don't work, I simply find a way to boost my mood.

And hey ;) No matter how hard it is going to be and how harsh you're going to punish yourself.

I'm proud of you ❤

You did well. Take a break and keep grinding later 💪🏽
