Chapter 25: Your Getting What?!

Alex's POV

I laid on my bed, just finished streaming, and didn't know my fans would miss me screaming and playing minecraft. But who cares?

I felt tired on everything behind, i felt like - something was also missing. I wanted to talk to someone but i feel like i don't want to. I want to go outside but i don't want to. Right. Karl.

Karl has broke up with us, but luckily i still have Nick who loves me and cares for me. I know it was a year ago but for me i felt it was just yesterday, it was really painful seeing him cry and rant about his toxic parents wanted him to be what they wanted him to be. Like they were still controlling Karl and not letting go.

My phone rang as i answered it. " Hello? Who is this?" I asked the random number. "It's me dumbass, do you remember me? It's me Kalem!" My face lit up as she speaked.

"Oh my god - hey Kal! How's it going? How are you?" I sat and placed a pillow on my lap. "Oh it was great until Kar- i mean my dog scratched me..- oh and by the way Nick sent me your number if your wondering" she nervously chuckled at the last line.

"Oh um- yeah about that, are you and karl somehow talking?" I asked. "Uh- yeah! Indeed we still talk" i could feel the akwardness in the line. "Do you want to know how he is?" Kalem asked.

"Yes.. please" i laid on my bed again. "Well he's doing great actually, but i think he's affected on breaking up with you two, I've been helping him not thinking about that so he would focus on his life.." Kalem trailed off. "Hm?"

"Nothing don't worry about that Alex"

"Seriously, what happened?" I got curious as i shuffled off to bed and went in the living room to sit in the couch.

"Ehh well.. i think Karl could be the one who can explain it.. clearly." Kalem said on the other line. "..okay does Nick knows about that?" She remained silent.

"..no"

"oh." I wondered. What was Karl hiding from us?.

"Oh shoot- Alex imma call you later i have ice skating practice uh- bye!"

"Bye.." she hung up and i sighed.

I was overthinking what was happening to Karl. 'Was he really fine?'

'Do i have to call Nick or Karl first?'

'Is it good or bad?'

'i should tell Nick.' I rang Nick on discord and he eventually answered.

"Yes Alex?" I coughed for bit and talked.

"Uh- Kalem called me earlier.. about uh Karl." I said and he remained silent. "Oh. how is he?" Nick asked.

"The last thing she said about Karl was 'I think Karl could be the one who can explain it, - clearly'" i ranted all the things me and Kalem talked about and it took for awhile.

"I think we should actually call Karl now, i don't wanna wait any longer, i know how painful it is but we can't just stay here silent Alex" He was right, we shouldn't be silent about it, we should actually talk to Karl.

"Okay.. just add him to the call" i bit my finger and waited Karl to answer.

"..hello?" I stopped my tears and somehow blurted out my words.

"H-hi Karl so um - i know you don't wanna talk about the things that's happening but, Kalem talked about you explaining things that's happening around there?" I said and i heard sniffles on the line.

"I-I'm sorry for saying this.. but I'm getting married.."

"YOUR GETTING WHAT?!" Nick exclaimed, i mean; Karl's getting married, without us knowing anything.

"N-no it was a forced marriage..- please don't be mad at me.." Karl was completely crying.

"I'm sorry Karl we're not mad at you! It's just, why?" Nick said.

"Parents." Karl said, although it was muffled. "Okay understandable, when is it?" Nick asked. "June 21st.." i looked at the calendar beside the TV, "Wait- three days before the wedding?" i felt numb after Karl explained everything to us what was happening, and he was planning to stop it before June 21st.

"We could meet up again?" I suggested and Karl was calmed down after his breakdown thanks to Nick.

"S-sure we can, i miss you two both" i could feel myself smiling and blushing. "We miss you too Karl, now where can we meet?" I said and asked.

"In the airport? Duh we could rent an hotel or airbnb, we shouldn't be caught by Karl's parents" Nick said.

"Oh shoot- mom's coming bye talk to you later" Karl said as he hung up in discord. "So Nick, do we need like backup people like Kalem or George? Y'know, if we need anything" Nick hummed.

"Sure we do need backup people just incase, I'm gotta go now Alex, just booking my ticket for us"

"wait-what? I can book my own ticket Nick don't worry" i smiled.

"Are you that desperate Alex? I can book our both tickets, Kalem and George can handle theirs" Nick chuckled. "Fine thank you, Nick"

"Anytime Alex love you bye" "bye" I felt enthusiasm hitting me as i ended the call.

Glad Karl talked to us again, we really did miss him. Now it's time to plan to stop the wedding.

Just confirming, Karl's parents are not the real ones, i made it up. Since karl called his Mom on stream *that dream F bombed Karl then* so yeah.

Idk what's the point of this story. Now i have to calculate the chapters on how am i supposed to end this.
