"hello new friend! what's your name?" the tall sun like robot said.
i had just been dropped off at the daycare because my parents were too busy to watch me. i don't really want to be here, i don't like the robots here, they scare me.
"u-um y/n..." i said quietly looking at my feet.
"well it's nice to meet you! right now we're doing art and crafts. would you like to join?"
arts and crafts? i love doing arts and crafts! my favorite thing is the purple glitter glue!
"y-yeah!"
"awesome! you can follow me to the craft table!" the sun said offering a hand.
"i'm sundrop, sunrise, or sun! you can call me whatever you like."
"sunny!"
"what a cute nickname! do you have a nickname, sunshine?"
"yeah! it's n/n."
i'm already feeling a little more comfortable with sunny.
"you can take a seat next to me if you'd like? or you can sit with any of our other friends!" sunny said, showing me the table with a ton of other kids looking around my age. sunny sits down as i walk not too far behind, taking the empty seat next to sunny.
"hey friends! today we're going to be getting out our glitter glue! you can do whatever you want with it, i want to see all of your creations!" sunny announces to the kids.
i can't think of any ideas. i love doing this but i hate when i can't do it. i started zoning out looking at the table and forgot i was sitting next to sunny.
"hey sunshine! what's the matter? anything on your mind?" sunny asked me, causing me to zone back into reality.
"nothing. i just can't think of what to make, so i started zoning out."
"hm, well, what's your favorite color? i have every color you could think of in glitter glue."
"f/c"
"perfect! now what time of day do you prefer, day or night? or sunrise/sunset?!"
"i like the (choice)"
"well then you should draw the (choice) and with you in f/c!"
i smiled and grabbed my favorite color of glitter glue and the colors and materials i need to draw the background.
