Chapter 25

Rose's POV

After the coronation, Tyler was stripped from his title of 'Crown Prince' and got the title of 'Beta King' instead. My parents were busy meeting elders and people that came by the palace to talk about past days with them every day.

The day after the coronation, I held a meeting with the alphas and Tyler to discuss the situation of their packs around the world. I noted down all the changes that should be made, their dissatisfaction, suggestions for a better rule and everything that I needed to consider being a queen.

After the meeting, I flipped the pages where the things were noted down from the meeting. There were so many things to be changed and looked after, so I've listed them down in order. Things were getting harder but I was thankful that Tyler was staying by my side all the time. He surely knew much more than me and he was a great help.

The very next day, I had people build a large library and publish thousands of books so that people can get better knowledge about their kinds. I also had the warriors come over so that I could discuss a better training routine. I noticed that some of them were slacking off the last time I've been to their training camps.

I also heard some of the news about the orphans and elders who were discriminated against the packs so I had some of the designers and architects build a large building next to the castle for the orphans and elders. I figured out that they would live happily because they've been treated somewhat equally in the packs and I believe that they deserve much more. There were some of the volunteers who wanted to look after them which lessened my burden.

And just like that, the whole day was spent, meeting people and talking about the plans. Everything turned out pretty well and by the time I got to my office after the long day, I realized that I didn't have my lunch. I was too busy working. I groaned as every part of my body felt sore which reminded me of the very first day of training.

"Hey love, it's time for dinner." I felt someone rub my temples which made me relax and lean back to the chair. I grabbed the warm hand and let out a sigh of content when he hugged me from behind.

"You skipped your lunch too. You gotta take good care of your body." he whispered in my ear and I nodded my head.

"I am just tired. Let me sleep for a while." I mumbled as I was on the verge of going to my dreamland. I was then hoisted up and I clung onto Tyler.

"Hey." I breathed out upon seeing his handsome face. "Hello, love. I know that you're tired but you need to eat. I think it's enough for the day. Have dinner and go to sleep." He laid me down on my bed and soon after, maids came in with the trolly full of food making my stomach grumble.

"Alright." I then started to fill my empty stomach with all the food whilst Tyler just sat there, barely eating and staring at me. It would have been awkward and I might have choked on the food but I didn't mind because I was already used to Tyler staring at me while eating, working, sleeping and every single second of the day.

"Ugh, I just wanna go to bed. I don't wanna brush my teeth and wash my face." I grumbled lowly as I lay on my bed after I was done with my food. I then felt someone pull me up and carry me somewhere. I just relaxed in his arms as he carried me to the bathroom. I really wish I could do this every day.
