Adelaide and Camden's birthday is this weekend, and of course, they are having a party together like every other year. Camden's friend Miquel and a bunch of his classmates are coming, as well as Macy and Gina with a bunch of their classmates for a pool party in our backyard.

Josephine helped me pick everything out and is going to help me cook while Alex puts everything together. This month has been a bunch of fun as the kids got to know Josie. Alex has been pretty distant though.

She hasn't touched Josephine in a little over a month. She still kisses her and holds her, but she will not have sex with her. Any time we all engage in it together, Alex will only be with me and I, Josie. I can see the pain Josephine is feeling by being neglected by Alex.

I've tried talking to my wife, but it's like talking to a brick wall. Until she is ready to accept that none of it is her fault, she won't get over her fear of touching Josephine. On the other hand, I have even more urges because of the baby, so I enjoy Josie whenever I desire. Alex doesn't stop me, which I'm grateful for because she isn't always here.

As I sit up in bed, Alex lays between my legs in a sports bra and boxers. Her cheek rests against my thigh as she draws circles around my belly button. We found out that the baby will be like her. So of course, that adds more to everything else she's trying to process right now.

Josephine comes out of the bathroom in only a towel and walks over to the bed laying her entire body on Alex's back. She's been trying to seduce her in order to get even the slightest reaction out of her. But she won't budge.

Alex looks over her shoulder, glancing back at her. She rotates herself so that they are now facing each other. Alex wraps her arms around her and kisses the top of her head. "Papito?" she whines

"No Josie," Alex whispers, her own voice dripping with pain. This is her way of protecting her. She will always hold her but will not engage in sex.

Josephine pushes herself off getting pissed and walks away. Alex turns back around and rubs my stomach. "Baby, when are you going to stop this?" We watch as Josephine gets dressed and walks out of our room.

"I can't," she says. I get just as mad as Josephine and push her off me to get off the bed.

"You know you are hurting her more by doing this than anything else that she has been through. She just wants your lo..." I stop myself from what I'm about to say. None of us have discussed having these feelings yet. I know how I feel, and I know I can't tell Alex how to feel, but I know that's all Josephine wants. She's never had it.

I sigh and walk out of the room, following Josephine. She's sitting on the couch watching the little mermaid with both of the kids. Camden is on the recliner passed out while Adelaide and her laugh about Ariel trying to walk on her legs for the first time.

I sit across from them, and addy nudges Josie to come by me. She's young but smart. She knows we all care about each other, and she doesn't question it. I think she's just happy that we're all in her life. Cam... well he's just happy he has two moms and a dad like his sister.

"I'm going to go call Macy," Adelaide says, getting up and walking away with my phone.

"Hey, not all night," I tell her. She nods and gives both of us a kiss. Josephine crawls across the couch and lays the same way Alexandria was a moment ago. They play with my stomach a lot, and they both like to talk to our baby.

"Hi bebita, how's it going in there?" She says, drawing patterns around my belly button. "No va bien aquí. Papi esta siendo malo [Not going well here. Daddy is being mean.]" she whispers, poking my stomach.
