Okay, I know I normally wait about 4-5 days to post new chapters, but I love this chapter so much that I didn't want to wait anymore. Trust me, you guys will love it too (;

Once Pat arrived at the school, he instructed the teenagers to go back to The Pit Stop while he took care of Mr. Deisinger. None of them said a word on the way back, not even Courtney. She was the only one who didn't have visions from Eclipso. Everyone else was still haunted by what they saw. Molly wasn't sure what Eclipso made Yolanda, Beth, and Rick see. To be honest, part of her didn't want to know. Her visions made her feel sick to her stomach.

Molly toyed with her braid as she stood next to the window, looking out at the town to try to find something to distract her from tonight. Yolanda sat next to her a few feet away on the stool. Rick sat on the couch while Beth and Courtney sat across from each other on the table. Part of her wanted somebody to break the silence, but what would they say? Nothing seemed right. She crossed her arms around her, shivering from the thought of seeing herself like that crossing her mind.

If she said that the words that Icicle spoke about her hadn't crossed the back of her mind, she would be lying. She's been trying to control her powers by slowly progressing what she was doing. However, there were moments where she felt like she could lose control. As she progressed, she could feel her power getting stronger. Sometimes it was stronger than she thought was possible. She hadn't told anyone. Not even Rick. She was scared of what he would think, but he wouldn't judge her... right? What if one day... what if one day the power became too much for her to control? What was it that made her different from her mother?

No, she needed to stop. This was Eclipso getting in her head.

Pat coming up the footsteps is what finally broke her gaze from the window. Courtney immediately asked him, "How's Mr. Deisinger?"

"Under psychiatric evaluation. I told him he forgot something at school and you found him there," Pat replied, causing Molly's heart to break for their teacher. Mr. Deisinger was such a nice man, especially to Cameron. She felt terrible for what Eclipso did to him.

Then, Yolanda spoke up from beside her in a pained tone, "He made us see things."

"Things that... weren't really there," Rick added.

"It was like Eclipso was working through Mr. Deisinger," Beth spoke, tears building up in her eyes, "It was so scary."

Molly let out a small sigh before informing Pat quietly, "I could feel it. I don't know how, but... I could feel the darkness, the evil. I could feel Eclipso. How is that possible?"

Pat looked at her in shock for a moment before slowly shaking his head and responding truthfully, "I don't know, but... he didn't have the Black Diamond on him?" The five teenagers all shook their heads, causing Pat to sigh quietly, "Eclipso is getting stronger.

They all finally looked at each other for the first time since they arrived  concerned before Courtney asked him, "What do you mean?"

"I mean that his power is spreading beyond the Black Diamond," Pat informed them.

Molly couldn't handle all of this talk about Eclipso anymore. She was so scared and freaked out over what happened. She just wanted to go home. She spun around on her heels and walked over to grab her bag. As she swung it on her shoulders, she quickly spoke, "Look, I'm sorry, but I don't think I can handle anymore Eclipso. Can we please call it a night?"

"Yes, please," Beth nodded while Yolanda shot up from her stool to gather her things, indicating she was on the same page.

Molly hesitated before turning to Rick, who was slowly standing up from the couch. The two of them stared at each other for a moment as everyone around them began to walk back down the stairs. Finally, Molly asked quietly while grabbing the straps to her bookbag, "Can you please drive me home?"
