Part 3: The fight

It was a tuesday afternoon and Chase and Rose had to go to an appointment. With that being said Chase dropped Chloe off at his mom's house. In the car Chase and Rose got into an argument. She was telling him that she hates that he is out all night. He felt like she was accusing him of cheating, so he showed her the transactions from the food runner. As they are in the office Chloe calls chase crying."Oscar put his hands on me." He then asked the doctor how long it was going to take. That's when Rose started asking him what was wrong but he just kept ignoring her. Suddenly she noticed his eyes starting to water and the doctor stepped out of the room and let them talk."oscar put his fucking hands on my sister." She gave him a hug then told him not to do nothing stupid.She then told him to just get his sister and come back to get her. Chase rushed out of the hospital.He started speeding on the road and he then ended up getting stopped by the cops. "Sir, why were you speeding?" The officer said. "Sorry officer My mom's boyfriend decided to put his hands on my sister," Chase says, shaking nervously. "So you're going to fight him?" The officer asked. "No sir I have custody of my sister I have to go get her and make it back to get my babymom" Chase said to the officer. " Wait right here while I run your licence", The officer said. Chase then noticed more and more police cars pulling up. The officer approached his window and handed him his license. Then tells him that they are going to escort him to get his sister then to get his babymom. As long as he doesn't do anything to Oscar when he goes in to get his sister. So they escorted him to his mom's house then to get his girlfriend. So Chase dropped them off. Then told them he was going to do uber. When Chloe asked to go he said yeah but let me go to the market real fast. See but they thought he was going back to his mom's house. See but he wasn't. He had to go to the store to get his medicine but he didn't want Rose or Chloe to know because he knows they are too overprotective and he doesn't really like taking the medicine. After picking up his medicine he went to pick up his sister and they were going to work. "I gotta stop by mommy's house and give her this money," Chase said. So they did and they ended up doing a food runner near his mom's house. See but he wasn't going to go in there and say nun to his mom because he got a whole extra room for his mom. So when he went in he started to give her the money but he pulled back and said "I don't fucking get you I told you , you could come stay with me you staying with this man like he don't abuse you." Then oscar comes in and say's "mind your mother fucking business son." "Mom you just gonna continue to let him hit on you?" Chase could see him in the mirror trying to swing on him. He ducked and said "not me bitch" Chase then pushed him into the wall and then slammed him on the floor and started punching him. That's when his mom reached into her purse and pulled out a gun and pointed it at him. "Get the fuck off of my man and get the fuck out of my house." said Savannah. Chase was surprised that his mom pulled a gun out on him. He pulled into a fast food parking lot to talk to his sister. " Listen I understand that is your mom and you love her but I can't let you come visit her again. Based on the fact that she let this man abuse you and she pulled a gun on me I will automatically win but if you don't want me to I'll just file a restraining order. So she can't come near me. "He raped me so just do it," Chloe said. She then follows up and says he tried to rape and when she pushed him off that's when he started hitting her." Chase got quiet for a little bit but he didn't say anything about it. He then asked Chloe if she's passing all her classes and if she had a test tomorrow. She is passing all her classes and she doesn't have a test. "Ok so this is the plan I'm going to start my own team but in order to do that I need

200 signatures. So when we deliver the people food or we pick people up you just say "Hello my brother wants to start a basketball team and he needs 200 signatures would you like to sign?" If we get all 200 then we'll spend tomorrow handing out flyers and once that happens I can get to setting up everything. Honestly I need a coach but I already have my assistant coach. They both will be getting paid $200 a week." So they ended up doing deliveries and got 215 signatures so Chase and Chloe went home Chloe went to bed and Chase Stayed up for a while making flyers after that he went up to his room where he and Rose talked about it and she was actually ok with it.
