The dirty cop that shot Chase four times had no idea that Chase set his phone up to record. He never really trusted the police after the way they sent his father to jail. His father's name is Frank. Frank was stopped by police with a chase in the car. They pulled him out of the car and slammed his face into the ground. Chase saw his dad's face scratched up extremely badly and he never trusted cops after that. After looking through all of Chase's belongings from the hospital Rose finally found Chase's phone. She went through the phone trying to figure out who shot him and why. First she went to check the car at the tow yard. While she was searching the car she found a jar of weed she knew for a fact that chase doesn't smoke. She also knew that he couldn't smoke because basketball players aren't supposed to do drugs especially if they are the team leader. She refused to touch it because she didn't wanna get her fingerprints on it. She was going to call the cops but then she realized the cops planted it. So she went home and kept trying to find something on the phone to tell her who shot him and why. She noticed that Chase did one food delivery after practice so she went over to ask her a few questions. Once she arrived and knocked on the door a woman answered. " Hello my name is Rose two nights ago you ordered a food runner and your delivery driver's name was Chase. He was shot that night but no one knows who shot him or why he was shot. Just wanted to know if you saw anything?" Rose said. "No ma'am I didn't see anything he gave me my food I gave him a fifty dollar tip because I liked his custom service and his manners." The customer said. Rose then said thank you and walked off. She noticed that when she went through his belongings she didn't see any money. So she knew that the person who shot him stole money and planted drugs in his car. So she couldn't go to the police because her boyfriend would end up in jail for planting drugs. Then she thought about the drugs sitting in plain sight. How come the cops didn't see it. A while after finding that out she just gave up. She looked at the phone one last time and she noticed something off. She looked into the camera roll and she saw the video of her boyfriend being shot by a dirty cop. Rose showed her dad the video and he called the president. The mayor then got his driver to drive them to the president's office. They showed the president the video and they saw the cop plant the weed and Rose realized the person that ordered the food runner was also part of what happened to Chase. She kept asking herself how did the officer know he was making a delivery at that moment. That's when she realized. She then tells her dad he needs to step into the hallway with her so he does. " I was snooping around and I noticed Chase do food runner right after practice which was a couple moments before I got the call from the hospital. I went over to the house and the client was acting strange. Dad, somebody is trying to kill my boyfriend. From the cop to the doctor to his client they set him up to do something and they just might come after me to go to the house." Rose said to her father. Rose then went down to the police station and she was going to turn In the phone but she decided to keep it. She knew that If she was to turn The phone in Chase wasn't going to get the justice he deserves. So Rose decided to take it to court herself and she's decided she was going to get justice for her boyfriend on her own. On top of that she felt like if she lost him she would be happy that he at least got the justice he deserved. Losing chase would be the worst for Chloe. I mean she just lost her mom even though they weren't close she still loved them. Then she's about to lose her brother. After school Chloe got one of the mayor rob drivers to take her to see her brother at the hospital. First she stopped by practice to see what the team was up to. Just to make sure everyone was doing ok. Due to the fact that deep down inside she knew if she lost her brother she lost everything. Chloe continued to call him her brother because she wanted to hear Him say he was her father on her own. She then talked to the team before leaving "listen up y'all put in so much work day in and day out. Y'all deserve to be in that championship game. Y'all next game is a tough one because it is the west side pumas which is the team that refused to let chase try out. Personally I wish chase had a chance to show them what they were missing but he can't. So y'all have to prove that y'all are the better team. I don't know who y'all doing it for but I'm doing this for my brother. Now y'all enjoy the rest of y'all day I'm going to see my brother. After that the driver took her to the hospital. She wanted to be alone with her brother so she didn't want nobody to know she was going to see him. When she saw her brother on that hospital bed she started to cry. Then she started talking " listen I know you can't hear me bro but I miss you and I know it's only been three days but still I miss you I need you to wake up I miss talking to my brother." Chloe said. With everything starting to get worse Chloe started to get more and more worried.She honestly felt like her brother just gave up on them. She Knew Chase never really gave up; she just felt like maybe he was finally over it. It was just a lot going on with her as far as losing her mom and moving from one place to the other. She really felt alone at this point.
