Chase walked into the stadium "I'm woke I heard y'all was worried I wouldn't wake up." Chase said. "Yeah star was so worried about you" grant said
" y'all didn't think I would miss the game where y'all play the team that rejected all of us did y'all it might be in a couple weeks but y'all are my team. I'm gonna go talk to the coach and I'll back out a few." That's when Chase went into his coach's office. Good afternoon Coach I see you got them putting in extra practice." Chase said. " No Chloe told me that you were stopping by and I figured right now your team could use one of your speeches. They are worried about the game they are shooting and team chemistry has been completely off." Coach Kim said worried. "It's not going to be easy Coach you did just switch a bench player into the starting five. Also I heard that you were about to hurt the doctor at the hospital. You do know he was a fake nurse and was giving me some type of needle to keep me from waking up. Okay now I'm going to get them home. Oh and the team that we are going against the cop that shot me looked like a player from the team I think they set me up. I mean the coach was at the last game." Chase said worried. " Okay now smith get my team out of here Okay I want them here at eight tomorrow. Coach Kim said. So he went back onto the court. "Who is the fifth starter?" Chase asked the team. Armani raised her hand. "Okay everybody take a knee. Y'all all play great ball and y'all know that but Coach Kim just told me y'all team chemistry is off. It shouldn't be if you don't have a open shot you pass the ball I don't give a care in the world if you don't like somebody so you don't pass the ball we are not doing this y'all need to grow up and work together this is not a one man job at all." Chase said. He was then interrupted by coach Kim "Smith step into my office when you release them" Coach Kim said. He gave her a thumbs up and continued to talk to his team. "Y'all need to get it together. We work as a whole in this stadium. Star,Grant, Matthew and Asia y'all have a new starter in the lineup why not help her. I shouldn't have to be teaching her anything. I'm injured but I guess nobody stepped up to that team leader role. I mean I guess that's ok. Coach wants y'all here at eight tomorrow. Well, I want y'all here at six working as a team so if anyone is late then the whole team is running late and they'll be doing laps. I'm back and we're gonna take the rest of this season with us to the playoffs. Huddle up. Let's get out of here tough love on me tough love on three 1..2..3 Tough love alright now y'all get out of here.''Chase said. He then went back into his Coach office then Coach told him about the offer. Your entire team has signed a contract and right now they are getting played. You were offered a contract as well a contract for $1000 dollars after every game however the rest of your team was only offered $600 which means you have the biggest contract of all." Coach Kim said. Chase asked for a pen and he signed the contract. Chase then realized the money is why the team is acting differently. After that Chase was about to leave but before he left he wanted to tell coach what Rose dad said. " Coach told me why Rose's dad came up to the hospital telling me he thinks I'm a drug dealer and I'm putting his daughter's life in danger. He told me not to talk to his daughter anymore then he swung on me and missed. I don't get how he was out of her life for eighteen years and now he finally decides to come back. He doesn't think I'm a good guy. I really don't like bull but I'm gonna get out of your hair Coach. See you tomorrow." Chase said. "Okay don't forget you're the team leader so even though you're injured we still need you. They are also going to need your support on the sideline at that game." Coach Kim said. Oh I'll be at the game but I won't be on the sideline for the whole game. I am about to show them why I'm the team leader. They are getting worked out all week but you should give them a rest day before the game, good night coach." Chase said. Chase then went home and started pushing him. He had a balance beam to help him learn how to walk again. So he got out of his wheelchair and put it onto the other side of the beams and he tried walking to his wheelchair but he kept falling back down but he just wouldn't give up suddenly his phone started ringing and he started walking right to his wheelchair and he didn't fall. However, Chase didn't get too happy because he knew that walking in between balance beams didn't mean anything if he wanted to get back on the court. So Chase got on the ground and tried to stretch his legs. After a while Chase got really tired and he decided to order something to eat. So while he was waiting for his food he decided to take a shower. It was like this chair he used in the shower and so he used that. After the shower chase was trying to find a movie to watch while he ate as he was still waiting for the food. After about fifteen minutes the food arrived. So Chase ate and watched a movie. In order to make sure he didn't bother Rose he just kept watching movies until he went to sleep. I mean sleeping on the couch can be uncomfortable. If you're wondering why he is sleeping on the couch, don't forget he's in a wheelchair so he has to wait for the people to come and install his stair climber. Which in fact was taking a good while for them to install it. Plus Chase was extremely busy with stepping up to help his team.
