After a while they ran out of drinks so Rose and her mom drove to get some more drinks. Well Chase just wanted the team to practice the big surprise one more time before he did it. " Chase, shouldn't we just wait until you're back on your feet." Trey said . "Look, I almost lost my life. I have to marry her now.So everyone gets into position before she comes back home." Chase said. Rose's mom knew the whole plan and she decided to get Rose out of the house so the team could practice again and they could know where to stand. Meanwhile in the car there is some shocking news. " Mom, he spoils me so much but I feel bad." Rose said. "Why do you feel bad?" Rose's mother asked. "I cheated on him mom and if I'm being honest I don't even know if the baby is his. I cheated two weeks before I got pregnant with the baby." Rose said. Her mom was in shock and she didn't know what to do. After that Rose's mom texted Chase and told him what happened. After that chase was just extremely mad and he decided to pack all of his stuff up and get out of the house. Chase then sent everyone home. He just wasn't having it. He didn't have anywhere to go but he just didn't wanna be in the same house as her plus he didn't want to put her on the streets because she's pregnant once chase got everybody and everything out the house he packed all of his stuff into his van. He let the back seats down and he put a twin mattress inside which didn't fit so he put the front seats down and he put the other stuff inside his other car. Chase got everybody a roadrunner ride back home with the rest of the money he had left. Chase then sent Chloe back to Rose's father 's house. After that Chase texted Rose saying " I did everything I could for you I let you stay in my house and I bought you everything you wanted and you cheated on me ? I packed all of my stuff and I'm gonna let you stay in the house because you're pregnant and have a good life." Suddenly Armani knocked on the window "what's wrong you want me to get you a roadrunner?" Chase asked. "No but I refuse to let you sleep in your car. Come stay with me." Armani said. Chase didn't know that Armani had a huge crush on him. "Okay but please tell me you know how to drive because I don't have any more money for a roadrunner." Chase said. Chase took the twin bed back into the house. Then they took his other car. Chase then said "I was about to propose to her and I would have been looking stupid in front of everybody I'm just glad her mom told me before I did." "Yeah can we not talk about your ex right now." Armani said. Meanwhile Rose was blowing up his phone. Armani saw her calling "you know when you were in the hospital I was scared I might lose you. I prayed every night." Armani said. "I know you probably wanna get home because you got practice tomorrow but can we please go pick up my sister because I don't trust her at that man house I just didn't want her sleeping in the car and thank you for giving me a place to stay." Chase said. He looked over at Armani and saw that she was sad. Then he told her to pull over. "Listen I get that you like me but I literally just got out of a relationship. I'm not really looking for a relationship. I'll just stay at your house and I'll ask Rose mom if Chloe can stay with her until I find a place." Chase said. "Look I know right now you might not be ready for a relationship but I'm just saying in the future look my way. I really hope that you're back on the court by the time we play the pumas. Our starting lineup is not right." Armani said. " Armani, I might not even be here in the future. I wanna start my own business because right now I can't even play basketball. I wanna move to Florida but I refuse to make my sister go to a new school every time I move." Chase said. Finally they arrived at the house well technically they were there when pulled over. Armani set up her guest room while Chase was in the shower. That's when Chase got out of the shower then told her to sit down so that they could talk. " Look, I'll try to get out of here as soon as I can. I don't wanna be in your way. I'm also trying to get back walking because I just signed a contract for $1000. Which means that coach Kim didn't mark my injury." Chase said. "Take your time, there's no rush, you can stay as long as you want. I mean now that you're here we can train more because like you said when you come back I'm still gonna be a starter so that's good right." Armani said. "My Mother passed away from a heart attack, my girlfriend cheated on me. The child I thought was mine might not even be mine. Honestly though, if I do start dating in the future I will look into your direction. I just wanna make sure it's not because you're letting me stay with you because I want to be able to be happy and trust the person I'm with. I wanna be able to work without the person I'm dating calling my phone." Chase said. Suddenly Chase got up and used his walker to use the bathroom while he was in the bathroom Armani got up to go into her room. " Good night, chase , be careful with that walker now, don't fall." Armani said worried.I guess it's safe to say she really cares about him. She might even be a little overprotective. I mean at least she understands and can see that Chase is a good man.Trying to achieve greatness for the people that he loves and lost. He is not balling his heart out for no girl, no money ,or just to prove people wrong he's doing it for his lost family, his lost one's. He mostly doing it for his uncle, he was Chase's Coach when Chase was younger. He had a heart attack at twenty nine during a game he collapsed right on the ground.
