Part 9: The explanation

After a while of dropping everyone off they finally got to the house to pick up Chloe. "Chloe we need to talk, there's something I want you to hear from me before you hear from everybody else." Rose pulled the chair out and told Chloe to sit. " Listen Chloe last night Chase was shot, nobody knows why he was shot. The doctor said Chase might not be able to walk again and that he also hopes Chase never wakes up." Rose said. "So imma lose my brother might not wake up again? I know exactly what that means." Chloe said with her eyes starting to tear up. "Exactly what does that mean? I'm seriously confused." Rose said with a confused look on her face. "It means that I go back to foster care and wait until you come to tell me that my brother might not wake up again and then you bring another man over to see what your problem is." Chloe said with her voice angered. "Oh sorry this is my father he is going to let us stay with because the hospital that Chase is at is closer to his office which is also his house. Rose said with a soft voice. "Oh ok, wait one second you're telling me this is your father, he looks so young." Chloe said. Chloe took the news that she might lose her brother hard. She was ready and wanted to fight the doctor. "Wait so you're not Chase's biological sister and he took you in? You know that makes you his daughter." Rose looked back at her dad and Chloe had a confused look on her face. "Can you step into the other room with me?" Rose's dad said. They then step into the other room to talk. "You ever think that maybe he didn't want her to know that, that was not your business to tell." Rose's dad said. Her dad steps back into the living room and introduces himself to Chloe. "I am mayor bob. I'm also, as you know, Rose 's father, listen I want y'all to come stay with me so when he wakes up y'all can be there." Rose's father said. "I appreciate you sir but I still have school and I have a team to coach even if my brother or father isn't on it." Chloe says worried. "Listen Chloe I would never let you go back into a foster home. I can't let that happen you and Chase's have the closest bond I ever seen, you have so much trust in him." Rose said as she came back into the living room. Once Rose said all that to Chloe , Chloe made her promise. Rose's father then told Chloe that his driver can drive her to school and to the team practice. After that Chloe and Rose went to pack some Clothes to go and stay with mayor rob also known as Rose's father. While they were in the car no one was talking. That's when Chloe said "what was I thinking, Chase will get through this. Not once did he ever just give up; he pushed through everything in life in order to get it." " Your right actually that's exactly why I love him. He's an amazing person and he never gives up. I know for a fact he is going to get through this. He'll be up soon. I know that for a fact. He has always been brave and strong." Rose said. "He sounds like a good man and he's done a lot. He's giving a lot and what is his last name?" Rose's father asked. "Smith" both Rose and Chloe said. After a while Rose got a call from the hospital she was asked to pick up his belongings. She found that to be really awkward. So she went to get his belongings. When she picked up his belongings she noticed that his phone was missing. "Where is my boyfriend's phone? Somebody better get it." Rose said Angered. Suddenly the nurse said "he didn't have a phone when he came here. "Yes he did because he called me and told me that he was going to change and do Uber." Rose said as she took a break to breathe "listen her I don't know what you got against my boyfriend but I know if he doesn't wake up soon because I just saw you give him a needle and I know he's not supposed to get any needles until he wakes up so I know that needle is to keep him sleep, now get his phone and he better be woke or this hospital will have some visitors tomorrow and that's a promise that can be made." Since her father was the mayor she got to meet the president and she decided to give him a call and let him know what was going on. The president agreed to come to the hospital if Chase wasn't woken by the morning time. She then went back home and she was going to cook but then found out that her dad also had cooks and they cooked an entire buffet. Once she ate she went to sleep and was ready for the morning time. The next day the mayor, the president and his security went to the hospital and Chase was still not awake. It was the afternoon. The doctor was scared, "Mr. President, what are you doing here?" The doctor said, "Well I'm actually here on business. you see my brother's daughter , who is mayor rob short for Robert, told me that her boyfriend has been in this hospital and you said you hope he doesn't wake up." President Troy said. In the middle of talking he stepped on a needle the same needle that Rose saw him give Chase. The president reached down to grab the needle and he saw an empty vial of metoproble. "What the hell is this, have you been giving him this?" President Troy said. "What is it ?" Mayor Rob said. "It's metoproble it puts people to sleep but it can also kill you." President Troy said more angered after that the doctor was put into cuffs and they took him off to jail. Okay let's get some new nurse's in here to make sure it's someone that's actually going to save this man's life. Y'all need to pay attention to who the fuck y'all let into this hospital. He not even a real doctor Up y'all fucking security or something.I don't understand how he got in.
