I decided to split the book up into 3 main acts:
Act 1- is us getting to know the characters/town and a little more about the storyline. (First 10 chaps)
Act 2 - Is where the major clues come in and the story gets deeper it is also when everything goes to shit. (14 chaps)
Act 3 - is consisted of 6 chapters that all take place on the night of Dec 1st and early morning of dec 2nd basically when all hell breaks loose. (Last 6 chaps)

I'm adding a timeline just in case anyone didn't see it in the guide book and was wondering/confused about when certain chapters take place! Keep in mind it's based in 2019↓
