After a moment, the two broke apart and grinned at each other.

    "I've literally wanted to do that for so long." Sakusa said, smiling hugely at the blond.

    "I'm so glad we were on the same page." Atsumu laughed and hugged the black haired boy again. "I love ya so much Omi. I have fer the longest time."

    "God, I've loved you since the moment I met you. I don't know what it was about you but I'm so happy I let my guard down."

    "Me too."

Just then, Osamu and Suna finally caught up. Spotting them, Osamu asked "What did we miss?" Atsumu looked at Sakusa and raised an eyebrow.

    "Are ya gonna ask me to be yer boyfriend, or am I gonna have to do all the work?" Osamu and Suna gaped at them as Sakusa chuckled.

    "Hey Atsu, wanna be my boyfriend? I think you're pretty great and I wanna take you out to dinner." Sakusa said, smiling.

    "Hmm, I think I can make time in my schedule if it's you." he replied, beaming. The taller just laughed and bumped their heads together adoringly.

    "Shut up, that did not just happen." Osamu said, still dumbfounded.

    "I told you Samu! Damn, I just won a whole ass ton of money." Suna said, cheering.

    "Sorry, what?" the new couple asked together.

    "Ugh whatever, I'll pay up later Rin. But right now, CAN WE TALK ABOUT HOW BADASS TSUMU WAS. LIKE DAMNNNN."

    "I know! Tsumu, you were amazing!" Suna said, excitedly.

    "Ahhh, thank you! I just hope it was enough to beat Nezari. How good was he?" he asked the others.

    "He was pretty good," Osamu said reluctantly, "but ya were way better. Yer gonna win, I know it." Osamu hugged his brother and then the announcer started to talk over the speakers.

    "If the competitors could please step onto the ice, we will now be announcing the winner of the finals!" Atsumu squeezed Sakusa's hand nervously and waved to them before skating to the center of the rink where Nezari was heading from the other side of the rink. They looked at each other and both exchanged friendly smiles, shaking hands.

    "It's great to see ya again, Nezari!"

    "You as well Atsumu! And goodluck to you! May the best skater win."

    "Good luck to ya too, and I hope to see ya next year!" Atsumu responded and they both turned towards the judge table, ready for their scores.

(So I'm just having the judges score them out of 10 and whoever ends with the most wins because I don't actually know how judging works lol)

Nezari's scores were first. The three judges who had been there for years got their signs at the ready and the first one held up her sign.

A big black 9 was clear on the white sign.

The crowd let out a roar of approval and when the second one held up his sign, they cheered loud again.

Finally, the last judge held up his sign and the sound was deafening.

It was almost impossible to get a 10.

Atsumu's stomach dropped and he looked over at Sakusa, Osamu, and Suna, clearly upset and nervous. Suna nodded encouragingly and Samu gave him a thumbs up.
