Swithene's POV
I don't know why I even agreed to let her drag me in her car then the next thing I knew, I'm in her office just sitting obediently watching her work with her papers. Yes, WE DROVE TWO D*MN HOURS TO THE HEART OF THE CITY AND NOW I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW WILL I GET HOME AT THIS RATE BECAUSE WE LITERALLY LEFT MY CAR IN THAT RESTAURANT.
"I have work pending in my office too FYI." I announced. But it looks like she pretended like she didn't hear me . Her employees coming in and out of her office never miss a chance to glance at me with a subtle confused glances while their big boss pretended like I'm some ghost not bothering to even keeping her words a little nicer and tell people off bluntly while I'm here pretending like I didn't hear anything! That does it.
"Excuse me." I called out but she just resumed on her work silently with nothing but the sound of her air conditioner filling the room. I'm so sick of this. I've been attempting to call her name and asked why I'm here for an hour and a half but this woman knows how to treat me like I don't exist! Just like back then...
I stomped on my feet as I stride my way to her before deliberately slammed my hand on her table with the other hand on my hips.
"Is this fun?" I sneered.
I can't take how she's working and I have to wait patiently like a dog on the side for her to talk to me. She calmly looked up at me and put the papers away.
"Is it not?" she smirked and leaned closer, making me push myself back. Just the mere behavior made me blush in surprise. Her charisma is oozing and I would be at a disadvantage if she decides to come an inch closer to me.
"You took me on a 2 hour drive only to bring me in the office and wait as if I don't have any work waiting for me to be signed!" I exclaimed.
"So?" I scoffed. Jeez, what is her deal?
"Miss Moon, I don't think you understand how much trouble your causing me right now. I have things to do like what you're doing right now and you took me here without me knowing and left me with nothing to do but throw lasers at your head with my eyes." I explained with a creased forehead.
She animatedly stared back at me and stood up, walking towards me. Her face is so d*mn serious, it ruined my balls to speak with pride.
I gulped when she unexpectedly trapped me with both of her hands on the table again INVADING OUR PERSONAL SPACE! I held my breath as I felt the warmth of her hand on my skin beneath the tight black skirt I wore. I thought my heart dropped seeing how she's looking at me seriously and how she swiftly puts her hand on my waist for me to stay put.
"Then what do you want me to do about it?" she asked. I felt like my mouth felt dry, and I suddenly felt thirsty. After all, I'm well aware of this feeling-- I call this the Moon Byul-yi effect. You suddenly thirst for her touch like it's some kind of addiction. If not tended well, you're f*cked.
"M-Miss Moon, you're invading our personal spaces." I couldn't even talk properly because of how closely we are to each other. I'm holding on by a thread. One wrong move and I might be able to give in to the temptation. "If someone sees us from outside, they might think the wrong idea and we'd be in big trouble." I finished as I tried my best to avoid such intense gaze.
"I can't help it... You look rather...delicious today." she whispered in my ear and examined me.
My jaws almost fell to the floor-
" I don't give that much f*ck if people see us, I can easily replace my people like choosing clothes for the day. If you're that concerned, I can guarantee you what happens in my office stays in my office. " She smirked as she watched how my cheeks turned red.
