Chapter II

Sunghoon's POV

"No.. don't go, PLEASE!" I gasped as I woke up, trying to catch my breath. Another one, another nightmare. I groggily stood up, fixed myself, and prepared to leave. Jake called us to meet up at a café to get coffee and drinks before we go to campus.

I saw all three of my friends already gathered on a table and went to them. "Are you okay?" Heeseung worriedly asked. I forced a smile and replied, "Yeah, thanks for the concern." Heeseung always knew when one of us was off. It made me feel both happy and weak. I'm glad someone's there when I'm having a hard time but I also feel fragile. Pity was the last thing I needed.

After we got our drinks, we then made our way into campus. As usual, we got surrounded by waves of girls screaming. The only one who loved the attention was Jake, even waving to them. The other two just ignored them but I hated the attention. I showed no emotion to my face hoping they would just ignore me, getting known as cold doesn't matter to me.

We went on to get to our classes. Everything was normal, I still hate studying. The teacher suddenly called everyone's attention, "Attention everyone, all of you need to read and submit a book report for this class." My mood darkened when I heard we needed to read. We were then dismissed and I left with an evident scowl on my face.

I dragged myself to go to the library, trying to search for a book that I needed for an assignment. While scanning the library, my face went pale. It's that book, memories resurfaced. I ran to the person reading it, grabbed it, and threw it, in hopes of stopping to remember anymore.

I screamed out "HOW, WHERE, WHY did you get this book?!" His face looked panicked and scared. A wave of guilt hit me. I forced myself to stay calm and managed to let out a "Sorry." I rushed out of the library, facepalming myself realizing what I did.

Sunoo's POV

"What was his problem?!" I stormed out of the library, desperate to find my friends after that incident. I met up with Jungwon and Ni-ki, we gathered around while eating our lunch to tell them what happened earlier in the library. "I didn't know he was such a freak, you should report him!" Ni-ki angrily shouted. Jungwon pondered "It's unusual tho, for the Park Sunghoon to have such an outburst. I almost thought he couldn't get angry." Just then I realized...

"My book! I forgot it in the library".

I hurriedly went to the library to find it. "What was its title? Me..me... Hmm." I thought I had enough surprises for a day, turns out I was terribly wrong. Park Sunghoon is there, holding the book.

"That's it! Last Memoria was the title!" I said a little too enthusiastically that I even disturbed the other people in the library, oops.

"Here, it's a good book. Sorry if I scared you earlier" Sunghoon apologetically said. I got flustered as I saw the crown of his head, noticing that he bowed his head. I panicked, bowing in return. We both held our heads high at the same time. I got a good look at the features of his face, "I can see why girls get giddy and have crushes on him, he does look handsome." I thought. What was I thinking? Quickly snapping out of my trance.

He went towards the exit but before he could do so, I shouted "Kim Sunoo! My name is Kim Sunoo."
