Sunoo's POV

I promised myself to not get shaken anymore by what Sunghoon says. You're friends, just friends. Since he picked me out a headband, I decided to do the same to him. I looked for something that resembled him. Ice Prince, Park Sunghoon... That's it!

I put on a penguin headband on his head. He looked bewildered, not expecting what I had just done.

Since he has a nickname for me, why don't I make one for him too? I thought up one, "Heh, penguin Hoon. You look like an actual penguin Hoonie!" The nickname suited him so much. His face turned bright red, I triumphed this time Hoonie.

After we picked out our accessories, it was time to go on some rides. We first went on the Vikings ride. The one where the boat swings in a pendulum motion. Jungwon, Ni-ki, and I sat in a line at the very back, where it's the most fun since the back reaches quite high. The four were in front of us, Sunghoon keeps holding on to Heeseung. They're very close huh...

The three of us in the very back were the loudest, screaming loudly but because it's fun. The four (except Jake since he likes these outdoor activities) were holding on tightly to the rails though. The IT group, frightened at nothing but amusement park rides.

We moved on to a rollercoaster this time. Jay and Jungwon sat next to each other, Jungwon seemed like he was telling a story to Jay. Jay listened very well, looking deep into Jungwon's eyes. What a pair. Jake and Ni-ki sat beside each other, waiting excitedly for the ride to start. Heeseung was behind them, poor guy was alone. Which meant me and Sunghoon would be together.

Sunghoon froze in his place, seems like he's really scared. I didn't want him to feel forced so I approached him, "You don't need to ride it if you don't want to, there's no shame in it." He replied,

"No, I can do it." He looked very motivated, "How did people see him as a cold human being?" I thought. I grabbed his hand and guided him to our seats. We started rising and Sunghoon held my hand, tighter and tighter. He was probably unaware he was doing so. We reached the peak and there was a small pause, before dropping. I heard screaming behind me, presumably Jake and Ni-ki. I took a peek at Sunghoon, seeing that he closed his eyes and was still holding on to my hand.

We got off the ride with the sound of giggling, probably because they were still taken aback by the ride. Jungwon looked at us, "Um, the ride's over you two." I didn't understand what he meant until Sunghoon released my hand. Oh, that's what Jungwon meant.

Sunghoon joined up with Heeseung, leaving me by myself so I just went with my friends. Our last ride was to go on a mini Ferris wheel. This time, Heeseung went with Jake and Ni-ki, saying that he was worried they might break the cabin. Jay and Jungwon, as usual, went together. Sunghoon quietly went with me.

Why were Ferris wheels so slow? There was only silence in our cabin, Sunghoon just stared at the window. It was the golden hour, so the sun's orangeish rays shone on us. Sunghoon looked breathtaking with it as he admired the scenery. I was mesmerized, I thought I was looking at a photograph.

I decided to break the silence, "Sunghoon, I'd just like to thank you for what you did earlier. To be honest, I felt really scared, unable to protect myself. You managed to save me from something that might've escalated badly, thank you Hoonie." He just nodded, still averting his gaze from me.

I brought up something, "Here! Take this fox plushie as a thank you from me, I'm also giving this to you don't miss me too much." I teased trying to lighten up the mood. He finally looked at me, took the fox plushie looking adoringly at it. Finally, he spoke,

"Anything for you cutie."
