Chapter IX

Sunoo's POV

After I bid farewell to Sunghoon, I was brought into the house like it was an interrogation. "Spill, details" Ni-ki started. I couldn't keep it from them forever so I just told them what happened today. The two listened intently, taking in what I said. The two looked at each other, then turned their eyes to me. They went silent.

The two suddenly shrieked at the same time "Sunoo's in love!"

I quickly denied "Am not!" They chuckled "Sun, we're just teasing you. Although you can't say you aren't feeling anything for him."

"Did you notice? You were smiling the whole time you were telling the story to us." Jungwon put on his motherly smile. How did I not notice? I feel like such a fool!

Ni-ki asked, "Sunoo, how do you really feel about him?" I answered "I.. I don't know" feeling confused.

"That's completely fine. Take the time to figure out your feelings." Ni-ki calmly said. If he stopped being such a prankster, I would've had much more respect for this kid.

"I wouldn't worry about Sunghoon though," Ni-ki said. "What do you mean?" I asked not knowing what he meant.

The two just giggled "Nothing Sun~ Come on let's eat dinner" Jungwon ended the topic about romance with food.

My relationship with Sunghoon right now, a suitor huh...

Sunghoon's POV

He didn't scold me, heh

I left Sunoo with his friends, and as I left I heard the two giggling at Sunoo. "Good luck cutie" I laughed at the thought. I called the three to come over, to have dinner at my home, I felt like celebrating. They came in one after the other, clearly excited at the thought of hanging out.

"What happened today, Sunghoon? What are we celebrating?" Jake excitedly asked. I smiled when I thought of Sunoo, "Nothing, I just feel like hanging out with you all." I answered.

"All right! Since Sunghoon was the one who actually asked for us to hang out, let's go wild!" Jake shouted. "Don't trash my place!" I laughed with them.

Jake suggested "Let's play a game, truth or dare. I'm dying to know some tea"

''Let's use a bottle and whoever gets pointed at will have to pick truth or dare"

We all just went with it since Jake is always the one in charge of something like this. Jake got an empty bottle and began to spin it. Ironically, it pointed at him first. Heeseung quickly asked "Truth or Dare?" We were startled when he spoke but it was nothing new.

"Hmm, truth!" Jake chose. "Do you like anyone at the moment?" Heeseung asked with interest in his eyes. "Nope!" Jake innocently replied. Heeseung went back to being quiet, looking kinda content. Looks like I have to ask about this one day.

The bottle was spun again and this time it landed on Jay. I asked him truth or dare, and he answered dare. "If you have anyone you like, show us a picture of him!" I dared, not expecting anything. He got fidgety "Only a part..." The three of us were shocked. Jay likes someone?

He did just show us a part but it seemed oddly familiar. I can't pinpoint who it is though. Jake began teasing Jay. Seeing Jay flustered was a sight to see even Heeseung joined in the teasing. The bottle was spun again and it landed on me. I answered truth.

Jay, trying to get away from Jake's teasing, asked "Do you have a person you like right now?!" Everyone was tense. They know that relationships are a..tricky subject for me. Jay was fast to speak "I'm sor-" I cut him off.

"There is someone, I like them. Well at least, I think I like them."

It was time for everyone to leave, Jake and Jay went home first. Jay kept apologizing to me, I explained to him that it was fine and didn't bother me that much.

"Sunghoon, are you sure about this?" Heeseung asked with worry on his face. "I'm still undecided, I myself don't know if I've moved on." Heeseung patted me on the back and before he left he consoled "Take your time, don't rush it."

Only time will tell.
