Sunoo's POV
My morning was beautiful. I woke up on time, ate a good breakfast. No teasing from my friends and we were heading to school at such a good time. I was hopeful that throughout my day, it will continue to be flawless. We were in front of the school gates, I breathed in and closed my eyes, preparing myself for class.
"Hey cutie." Said a familiar voice. I opened my eyes to see Park Sunghoon standing in front of me. The one who called me a cutie. Note to self, stop jinxing everything.
"Wh- What are you doing here? Who's a cutie?" I asked, trying to stay calm.
He moved closer to me, bending to be on the same level as my face. He stared "You, Kim Sunoo."
I heard the two shrieking behind me, probably getting all sorts of ideas in their heads. I slightly pushed him away, to put space between us. A crowd is also starting to gather. Seeing Park Sunghoon talk to someone other than the IT group interested them. I tried to hide my head from him. Stop blushing Kim Sunoo!
"Where's your class? I'll walk you." Sunghoon offered. I tried to reject him "I'm already going with-"
"Sun, me and Ni-ki are going on ahead. Bye~" Jungwon declared. The two ran ahead, turning their backs on me. Both mouthing good luck. I'm getting back at those two one day, I swear.
"Let's go then." Sunghoon said to me, leaving me no choice.
If there was another word for awkward but ten times worse, it perfectly describes what is happening right now. Sunghoon hasn't said a word since then. We were just walking side by side, with me leading. I could hear the whispers and muttering of people. I could imagine by the time lunch comes, everyone on the campus would've probably known what happened.
"The ice prince, walking with a bookworm nerd."
"This is my class, thank you for taking the time to walk me." I thanked him. I was going to enter my class but he stopped me by holding my wrist. I heard a wave of people gasping, even the sound of a picture being taken. "Wait for me here when your class ends, I'll also walk you to your home." Sunghoon whispered to me. Before I could say anything he walked off.
As I walked into my class, I felt the stares of people, some still talking with each other. I heard so much speculation and absurd claims. That I threatened him, Sunghoon was using me as his toy, and so much more that I don't want to even think about it. I sat in the corner, trying to hide. The chattering finally stopped once the professor came in.
It felt like forever for lunchtime to come. I'm not sure I would want to be with Jungwon and Ni-ki with people still gossiping amongst each other. I decided to go to the library to continue reading the book. Thankfully there weren't many people there, so I could read with peace and quiet. I devoted all my attention to reading, distracting myself from reality.

Sunghoon's POV
"I spy with my little eye, a penguin who is in love~" Jake trying to make fun of me. I just rolled my eyes at the comment. The four of us were gathered for lunchtime. "You sure did make a... situation, for you and that Kim Sunoo," Jay commented. "Me and Heeseung were busy trying to make the students go to their classes." Jay added with Heeseung nodding in agreement.
I saw two of Sunoo's friends in the cafeteria but Sunoo wasn't with them. Heeseung whispered, "Sunoo probably didn't like the attention, that's why he isn't with his friends." "You should apologize to him later, being the topic of gossip isn't for everyone." I was mad at myself, inconsiderate of Sunoo's feelings.
It was time for everyone to go home and for Sunoo's classes to end. I rushed over to his classroom, trying to avoid getting caught.
I won't make the same mistake, never again...
