Sunghoon's POV

I told Heeseung I was in no state to go to school today. My hangover was so bad my head kept ringing. By noon, I was able to get up from my bed and prepare lunch. I heard a notification pop up on my phone. I was surprised at the contents of the text, it was Jungwon and Ni-ki asking to meet up at my place.

The two arrived at my place with their arms crossed. I was kinda scared of Sunoo's friends so I reluctantly let them in. The two went in and they whispered to each other while looking at me, "I can't believe Sunoo..." "I know right..." They were definitely judging me. I coughed, getting their attention, "Um, was there any reason you two wanted to meet up with me?"

Jungwon went in front of me, "Park Sunghoon..." All of a sudden the two of them were kneeling, "Please take good care of Sunoo. He's still new to this, please handle him with care." I was dumbstruck, I signaled them to get up. Ni-ki spoke up, "I know right now the two of you have a... rocky relationship right now. Whatever Sunoo said or did, he didn't mean it. Please just... take care of him, of each other."

The two reminded me of Heeseung, willing to do anything for the sake of their friend. I reassured them,

"I still like Sunoo and I won't give up on him."

The two sighed with relief and said their goodbyes. I fixed myself up, I need to find Sunoo.

I texted Heeseung, asking about the whereabouts of Sunoo. He said that they were able to talk to him, but it's everyone's dismissal time already so he wasn't sure where he was. I thanked him and he wished me good luck. I would need good luck.

Sunoo's POV

After Heeseung had talked to me, I went on to the few classes I had for today. I had some free time before I was able to go home so I decided to read. I was getting close to the end. The two leads were happily together now and it lifted my mood. How I wish everything was the same for me.

The bell rang which meant students were able to leave the campus now. I didn't want to stop reading so I put on headphones to block out noise and continued reading as I walked outside.

....

Sunghoon's POV

I put on some casual clothes and headed for the back entrance of the university. I roamed around, excited to see my cutie. I missed his smile, his presence. He's been gone for too long so I searched even harder. I saw Yeonjun on my search and he approached me. "Sunghoon, Sunoo just went out. I saw him exiting the gates and is probably heading home."

I thanked him sincerely, "Thank you, Yeonjun." He smiled at me, "I wish the best for the two of you." I blushed at his comment. The thought of me and Sunoo, together...

Sunoo was right, Yeonjun was nice. I felt bad for the guy but I continued on my search.

I headed on the route to his home. I knew where to go since I had walked him home once, the thought making me smile again. Gosh Sunoo, you're taking up my mind. Finally, I saw him in the distance, I can see that he was wearing headphones and reading. He looked so focused on the book, Last Memoria.

I excitedly called out his name but I was too far, so I tried to go in closer. Sunoo kept on walking even though the cross light was red, his eyes still focused on the book. Excitement turned to worry, "Sunoo? Sunoo?!" I heard a speeding car,

"SUNOO! NO!"
