Chapter XI

Sunghoon's POV

I'm grateful we went out today. The mall was very near to my home, which proved to be helpful to me since it didn't take me much effort to go grocery shopping. Even better that Jay's family owns it. Jay was the one who invited us to go to the mall since he didn't want to go shopping alone. Being a fashionista myself, I couldn't pass up a chance to go shopping.

I'm still very worried about Sunoo. He doesn't make it obvious that he might be still feeling some discomfort, that he's not ok. I should know, I do it from time to time. Sunoo and his friends thankfully took up my offer to have lunch at my home. I can't risk him meeting more weirdos in this mall. The seven of us gathered, going out together as a group.

I called the attention of Jay, "Jay, doesn't your dad own this mall? You should inform him to tighten the mall's security." Jay agreed to do so and immediately got on his phone to inform his father what happened earlier.

It didn't take a while to arrive at my home since the mall was very close anyways. "Drink some water cutie." I handed over some water for him. Again, he shot me a look, but decided not to comment any further and just took the water from my hand. His two friends assisted him, trying their best to make him comfortable.

While I ordered some food, my three friends propped the table and helped set it up. Our seating arrangement was me and the rest of my friends, sitting side by side in a row. Sunoo's friends, also sitting in a row across from us with me facing Sunoo. I can still see him putting up a facade, which made me worried but there wasn't much I could do.

The food came by fast and everyone was ready to eat. There wasn't much conversing done since the majority of us weren't the type to start a conversation. The only ones who were enjoying the food and talking to each other were Jake and Ni-ki, planning about possible pranks they can do. Hopefully, it didn't involve pranking me.

Heeseung was watching them, eyeing Ni-ki from head to toe. I can't believe it, Heeseung showing attitude. I still have yet to ask him about the time when we ate dinner at my home, get ready Lee Heeseung.

Heeseung coughed loudly, "I haven't properly introduced myself to you three, I'm Lee Heeseung. The one who takes care of these three." Jake and Ni-ki stopped talking with each other to pay attention to Heeseung. Jungwon was the next to speak up, "My name is Jungwon, the caretaker for these two." Jungwon wore a motherly smile when he referred to the two.

Jay rushed to go next, "The name's Jay." he focused his eyes on Jungwon though. Jungwon was busy looking after Sunoo so he didn't feel Jay's gaze. Jake followed, "Hello everyone my name's Jake! I hope I can get along with everybody." His smile lit up the whole room, almost like a golden retriever. Ni-ki going after Jake, "I'm Ni-ki, the youngest out of the three of us and apparently Jake's new BFF!" The two high-fived each other. I'll just hope that they don't do something too extreme.

Me and Sunoo were the only ones left. I went first, "I'm pretty sure you three know me already," I chuckled "Hoping to get along with all three of you!" Jungwon and Ni-ki nodded, looking amused. Everyone paid attention to Sunoo since he was the last one. He let out a big smile that showed his eye smile, "Hello everyone! I'm Kim Sunoo, pleased to meet you all!" The rest of us let out a phew, relieved that he showed such a cheerful attitude. He added,

"To those who are wondering how Sunghoon and I know each other, we're friends."
