Neither that, she focused on her work now. Mamaya nalang nya iisipin uli ang mga naging desisyon nya. She was reckless for giving herself to Wright but it's too late to regret. Pagkatapos ng trabaho nya, dumiretso sya sa boutique ni Adie Obis. It was in the schedule, she needed to check something.

"Hi Patricia. I'm sorry, the whole boutique was a mess."

"Okay lang. I'm just here to check the designs."

"Sure. Dito tayo."

After that, she immediately went home. She check her mom again. Nakita nya lang na natutulog ito sa kwarto.

"MISS Pat."

A knock on her table made her tore her eyes off the monitor.

"May naghahanap po sainyo sa labas."

"Oh. Okay, palabas na ako."

Tumayo sya at inayos ang sarili, as soon as she went out of her office. She saw a tall man, kumunot ang nop nya pero kalaunan ay nakilala naman iyon.

"Hi."

"Are you lost or something?"

"No. I'm here for the painting that I purchase last auction?"

Matagal syang tumitig dito bago sya tumango.

"Sa office nalang. Dito."

Patricia lead the way to her office. Abala naman ang team nya sa mga gawain kaya giniya nya ang lalaki sa table nya.

"Your name?"

"Thomas Delas Alas."

Nilapitan nya ang monitor at may hinanap na file. Nang makita na nandoon si Alas, nagprint out sya.

"Can you sign it here."

Ngumiti iyong lalaki bago nagpirma doon. Pagkatapos ay giniya nya sa painting room. Nakasalubong pa nila si Wright with Lawson but she choose to ignore him. Hindi nya talaga alam kung paano nya kakausapin ito at haharapin after what happened to them.

"Oh, may pangalan na pala." Nilapitan nya iyong isang painting. "Here you go, Mr. Delas Alas. Need someone?"

"Yeah, my arm isn't fit for today. I hope you won't mind?"

"Sige. Pagtawag kita."

She pushes some button beside.

"Pasuyo naman po sa painting room. Thank you."

Umuuli si Thomas doon nang mabalingan nya. Afterwards he smiled at her.

"Malapit na akong maniwalang it's a small world, kasi after kita makita sa coffee shop, dito din."

"Kaya nga." Ngiti nya pa. "Thank you for buying some painting."

"No worries. Ireregalo ko sana sa Mama ko, she loves painting."

Bumukas ang pinto at pumasok ang isang lalaki na magbubuhat ng painting. Sinabayan nya paglalakad si Thomas.

"I don't know if it's safe but can I invite for a coffee?"

Sinilip nya ang wrist watch. "Actually, I have a plenty works ahead. Sorry."

"Oh, maybe next week or when are you free?"

"Sure."

"Can I have your number then? I meant, no harm?"

Tinanggap nya ang cellphone na nakalahad sa kanya at tinipa ang number nya. Once again, nagpasalamat sya bago bumalik sa opisina.
