027- You Did The Right Thing

The next morning arrived and I could barley sleep. The break up was harder than expected and now I have to face Mattheo again. I don't think Blaise will be very pleased with me and I'm sure Draco won't really care as I would of had to break up with Mattheo anyways.

When I woke up, Pansy and Millie weren't in their beds so I wondered where they were. I looked around the dorm and they were no where to be seen. Where were they?

Pansy's Pov
Me and Millie left the dorm before Y/n could wake up as we had to go see Blaise. We know somethings going on between Y/n, Mattheo and Draco as so much is happening involving them. Firstly, Daphne gave Mattheo a love potion and then kissed him in front of Y/n and Draco. Secondly, Draco and Y/n were locked in the library all night and we have no clue what happened in there. And finally, Y/n just broke up with Mattheo which was strange as she loved him more than anything. We're not sure if Blaise knows about the break up, so we might as well tell him anyways.

Me and Millie walked to Blaise's and Mattheo's dorm to try and talk to Blaise without Mattheo seeing us. When we got to their dorm I knocked on their door. There was so response so I knocked again.

"It's early, go away." We heard Blaise say from inside his dorm. I decided to open the door and let ourselves in as he wouldn't do it.

"You shouldn't just let yourself into my dorm, I could've been changing." Blaise groaned and sat up on his bed

"I don't think Pansy would've minded." Millie chuckled which made me elbow her in the arm. Blaise gave me a weird look and there was an awkward silence for a few seconds.

"Anyways." I cleared my throat. "We need to talk to you." I told Blaise.

"I'm all ears." He told us.

"Is Mattheo awake?" Millie asked him.

"No, he's still asleep." He answered, me and Millie exchanged looks.

"Can we go somewhere else to talk?" I asked.

"Sure, let me go put a shirt on." He said and stood up from his bed.

"I don't think Pansy cares if you're shirtless or not." Millie muttered.

"Millie, shut up." I warned her.

"What was that?" Blaise asked, while grabbing a shirt.

"Nothing, let's go." I said quickly and we all left his dorm. We walked to the common room and sat down on a couch.

"So, what was so important that you two had to wake me up and drag me out of my dorm?" Blaise asked us.

"Y/n has broken up with Mattheo." I sighed.

"She what?" Blaise gasped. "When? Why? How?" He started bombarding us with questions.

"All we know is that she broke up with him last night because after the love potion situation, they haven't been the same." I told him.

"We came to tell you as we think something strange is going on between Y/n, Mattheo and Draco." Millie told him.

"How do you mean?" He cocked his head to the side.

"Well, us three know that Y/n and Draco were stuck in a library together after them both seeing their partners kiss each other. Not to mention how Y/n ran after Draco when he stormed off." I explained.

"You do make a valid point, and now Y/n has broken up with Mattheo even though she loved him alot." Blaise said.

"Exactly! We need to find out what is going on." Millie said, determined.

"How about we keep a really close eye on Y/n and Draco from now on and if anything weird happens, we will confront them. If we confront them now, then they'll just deny everything." Blaise suggested.

"Sounds like a good plan." I nodded my head.

"Now, can I go back to bed?" Blaise asked us.

"Yeah, but pretend you don't know about the break up if Mattheo tells you." I told him.

"Got it. Bye, ladies." Blaise chuckled and walked back off to his dorm.

Now we just need to wait and see if anything strange happens...

Y/n's Pov
After I noticed that Pansy and Millie weren't in the dorm, I fell back asleep as I must've been really tired. When I woke back up, Pansy and Millie were back in our dorm.

"Where have you two been?" I asked them, sitting up on my bed and rubbing my eyes.

"No where." Pansy sharply answered as they gave each other a concerning look.

"I woke up earlier and you two weren't here." I scratched my head.

"You must've been dreaming because we have been here all morning." Millie told me.

"I guess so." I muttered. We all sat in an awkward silence as Pansy and Millie kept exchanging looks.

Suddenly, we heard a knock on the door so Pansy decided to go see who it was.

"Draco?" Pansy exclaimed as she saw Draco on the other side of the door. What was he doing here?

"Can I talk to Y/n?" I heard him ask.

"Um, sure." Pansy hesitantly said before letting him in.

"Can we speak privately?" Draco asked me as he walked into our dorm.

"We will leave you to it." Pansy grabbed Millie's arm and dragged her out of the room.

"What are you doing here?" I asked him once the door was shut.

"I know about the break up, why did you do it?" He asked me.

"I would have to do it one day, might as well get it over and done with." I said, sarcastically.

"But you love him."  He sighed.

"After what happened with Daphne and you, our relationship hasn't been the best." I told him.

"None of this is our fault. We didn't have a say in any of this." He frowned.

"I know, I wish none of this ever happened." I groaned in frustration.

"I bet you're happy some of it happened though." He winked at me.

"Oh, shut up." I rolled my eyes at him.

"Would you have wished that it never happened?" He asked me.

"If you're asking if I regret it, then no. I don't regret it." I told him with honesty.

"I don't regret it either." He smiled.

"Look, one minute you hate me and the next minute." I paused to figure out how to say it. "You know." I said as I didn't know what to say.

"Well, in my defence, we're supposed to hate each other." He said, making quotation marks around the word 'hate'.

"We always have hated each other, it's not normal for us to be somewhat civil." I chuckled.

"How about we be civil but still pretend to hate each other around everyone else so they don't suspect anything?" He suggested.

"Yeah, sounds good." I agreed.

"Anyways, your friends would be wondering why I've been here for so long so I should be going." He decided.

"Yeah, don't want them to get suspicious." I nervously laughed. He let out a laugh and then headed towards the door.

"Y/l/n" He turned to face me before leaving my dorm. "You did the right thing." He gave me a soft smile and left my dorm.

Did I do the right thing? Did I only do this for Draco? Do I like Draco? Does he like me?
