I woke up with a banging headache and I didn't even know what day it was. It was light outside, which meant it was daytime. I turned over to look at the clock and it was ten o' clock, it was only morning. I don't remember exactly what happened last night, but I don't remember getting back to my dorm. I'm not sure how I got back to my dorm or what time I even got back.

It took me a second to realise, but I was late to class. I was very late, in-fact. I didn't even know where Pansy and Millie were or why they didn't wake me up earlier. I was so confused with what had happened the night before and why I couldn't remember anything. A sudden feeling of nausea came over me which made me feel as if I was going to be sick. Did I eat something raw last night? Why was I suddenly feeling unwell? In-fact, I couldn't remember anything from yesterday. I couldn't remember what classes I had or even what I done in my free periods.

I still felt really tired and drained, I really wasn't sure why. I don't usually get unwell often, so this was strange. Maybe this is a dream.

Maybe I can sleep this off, there's no point in going to lessons if I'm feeling like this anyways.

I decided to go back to sleep as I might have felt better when I woke back up and I might have been able to remember what had happened the night before.

"Y/n." I could hear someone say faintly. My eyes slowly opened to see Pansy next to me, shaking my arm.

"What?" I yawned.

"It's four pm, how are you still asleep?" She asked me as I began to sit up from my bed.

"I woke up but then fell asleep again as I had a banging headache." I told her.

"We were worried about you." Millie told me as she came closer to my bed.

"Why?" I asked her. Millie and Pansy both looked at each other and then back at me.

"Do you remember anything from last night?" Pansy asked me, ignoring my question.

"I can't really remember anything." I told them. They both have each other another look. "What happened last night?" I asked them.

"We're not sure." Millie told me. They're acting weird, they must know something.

"Then why do you two keep acting weirdly?" I questioned them.

"She's going to find out soon enough, we might as well tell her." Pansy said to Millie.

"Tell me what?" I asked them.

"Last night, Draco came to our dorm and he was carrying you. He said that he saw you pass out in the corridor, so he took you to our dorm to rest. It just doesn't make sense." Pansy explained to me. Why would he take me all the way to my dorm when he could have tried to wake me up? How did I even pass out?

"Do you know why I passed out?" I asked them.

"No, Draco didn't want to stick around." Millie responded.

"How odd." I muttered under my breath.

"Are you sure you don't remember anything from last night?" Pansy asked me.

"I'm sure." I told her. We all sat in silence for a moment.

"You've been asleep all night and all day." Millie chuckled, changing subjects.

"Yeah, I needed it though. I feel much better." I chuckled in response.

"I think you should try talking to Draco, ask him what happened." Pansy suggested.

"Yeah, I think I'll go talk to him." I decided.

I got up from my bed and got ready in that bathroom. I was still wearing my clothes from yesterday.

Once I got changed, I said goodbye to Millie and Pansy as I left my dorm and made my way to find Draco. I decided to go to his dorm first to see if he was in there.

Once I got to Draco's dorm I knocked on the door and waited for an answer. I knocked again, but no one answered. I was about to turn away but then the door opened.

"Oh y/l/n, it's you." Draco sighed as he leant on the door.

"Can I come in?" I asked him. He nodded his head and opened the door wider for me to come in. I entered his dorm and shut the door behind me.

"What did you want?" He asked me.

"What happened last night?" I asked him.

"You don't remember?" He asked, looking quite shocked.

"No, I don't. That's why I came here, to ask you." I told him. I walked over to where he was sat and I sat next to him.

"You passed out." He simply responded.

"How did I pass out?" I asked him.

"I'm not sure." He shrugged his shoulders.

"Why did you take me to my dorm instead of seeing if something was wrong with me?" I questioned him.

"Because I thought that Millie and Pansy could take care of you." He told me.

"I don't believe you." I scowled at him.

"Why not?" He asked me.

"Why should I believe you? You always lie." I crossed my arms.

"You don't need to believe me, you'll find out soon enough." He sighed. What was he talking about? What was I going to find out?

"What are you talking about?" I asked him.

"I can't keep lying to you." He said quietly while looking down at the floor.

"What's going on?" I asked him and he slowly looked up at me. We made eye contact and I could see how scared he looked, he looked vulnerable. I have never seen him like this before.

"I can't tell you." He told me.

"You can tell me." I told him. "I won't tell anyone." I tried to reassure him.

"You should go." He said, changing subjects.

"I'm not leaving until you tell me what's going on." I said firmly.

"I'm not telling you, just leave." He said more firmly.

"Fine, I'll go." I said in a frustrated tone. I stood up and started walking towards the door, until I tripped on my shoelace and fell into the door. Darkness surrounded me as my eyes started to close. Was I really passing out again? My vision went black and I was unconscious.

I opened my eyes and I was looking at the ceiling, I was lying down. I slowly sat up and I noticed that I was lying down on someone's bed, it wasn't my bed. I looked next to me and I saw Draco sitting on a chair next to the bed.

"What happened?" I groaned.

"You're awake?" Draco asked in surprise. I sat up from the bed and rubbed my eyes. "You tripped over and hit your head on the door, you blacked out." He told me.

"I passed out again?" I chucked.

"Yeah, I kept you here this time." He chucked slightly. I faced Draco and looked into his eyes, he looked like he hadn't slept in ages.

"Why did you kill that bird?" I asked him, still looking into his eyes.

"What?" He asked me in shock.

"I remember." I told him. His eyes widened as he knew I could remember. That hit on the head must have triggered my memory of what happened last night.
