Relax. You'll get through this.
Remember to feel for paint mountains
on the walls. There's still hope for recovery.

as long as air fills your bones.
Remember to listen to the cicadas
scream and relax to get through

to a new today. Better than this today,
where you remember to smell
musty lakeweed. Ascend the walls to recover

before it's too late. The climb is rough,
but remember to taste your roommate's
candy floss perfume. Semi-relax. Get through

to dawn. Candle flames lick at your focused
eyes. Remember the burning sight. Find
the path to recovery. It's in you. Grab

it 'til your knuckles grow white. Pass
over your worries. Take a breath.
You'll get through it if you relax.
You can still hope to recover.
