The water is a powerful entity,
The waves surge over the edges of the dock.
The white froth mixes with deep blue hues.
The slight smell of dead fish,
Combining with the misty breeze.
I feel the intensity rushing through my veins,
And it's calming.
I can hear the water calling out to me,
And somehow I feel like the water gets me,
It always has...
