I thought it'd never happen again,
I thought I learned the last twenty times,
But sadly I had not.
There I go trusting people again,
And I'm sure you know
What happens from there...
Heartbreak,
Despair,
And don't forget loneliness.
Whenever I think
I'm finally getting through,
I once again realize...
Light doesn't come after dark
Unless someone cares to lend a torch.
