A night just like any other:
Blackened skies dotted with little stars.
Cool wind gently blowing the chimes.
Darkness floats through my window—
Enters my head and fills me with dread.
Fear constricts my mind and
Gone are my sweet dreams of better days.
Heavy eyes are unable to rest now.
I already know, a long night's ahead...
Just when I thought I was getting better,
Knots formed in my aching head,
Leaving me trapped in my own skull.
My lungs are tight, throat sore,
"Never again will I let him control me!"
Oh what a fool I was and still am.
People won't know all he's done,
Question continue to remain unanswered.
Restless bones quiver at memories as I
Sat awake for yet another night.
Take my mind off THAT subject!
Unknown thoughts fill my
Very disassociated mind.
What's to come of this less than
Xenodochial night?
You'd never guess what my deepest,
Zoophagous demons have planned.
