Ghost Whisper- Bucky Barns X Reader

Dancing

After the ceremony everyone constantly congratulated us as we went inside to enjoy the dinner feast that was prepared.

"Ugg, now I have to deal with two Barns." Sam jokingly rolls his eyes as he walks up to us.

"Shut up, you never know it can double." Bucky smirk grows as Sam's smile wipes off into one of horror.

"Don't jinx it." Sam hurriedly says as he pulls me into a protective hug. I laugh as I hug him back before going back to Bucky's arms.

"Leave them alone Wilson. They're married now, can't say shit." Nat says as she walks up to us only to pull me into another hug.

"Language." Steve says as he hugs me after he did to Bucky.

"English." Me and Nat say together which makes them laugh.

"Where's Wanda?" I ask Nat as the guys talk to each other.

"Don't know." Nat shrugs as we look around.

"Ill go look for her. Stay here with the guys make sure they don't try to kill my husband." I wink at her as we laugh.

I turn towards the exit as I didn't see her inside. When I go to look outside, which the sun was going down into a beautiful orange hue. I see a person stand alone on top of the hill. I walk towards them to see it was Wanda, she was crying silently. I lay my hand on her back making her jump and wipe her tears away.

"Wanda? What's wrong?" I asked her as she shook her head.
"You can tell me its ok. Im not upset. I want to know if I need to go knock some common sense into Sam." She laughs before looking back up at me.

"I miss him." She sobs before breaking down in my arms.

"Shhh... its ok. Cry if you need to, it's alright to miss him. I bet he misses you just as much."

"You think?" She sniffed

"Yes, he'd be crazy if he didn't. But I know because of the bond the two of you share. There's no breaking it."

"I won't ever see him again." She whispers As I pull her into another hug.

"When there's a will theres a way. You'll see each other again. If you have to secretly meet go ahead I won't tell. I know it will break your heart if you don't see him. You can't afford to lose anyone eles."

"Thank you N/n, I'm just going to go to bed early. Congratulations, you deserve happiness." She gives me a kiss as I whisper to her.

"You deserve it too." I smile at her as she leaves  to go inside. I stay as I see the stars start to come out, I felt like someone was watching so I turned around.

Thats when I see an other shadow coming towards me. When it gets closer I see it was Bucky.

"Well, what are you doing out here all alone Mr.Barns?" I tease as I see him smirk at me.

"Well, Im looking for my Wife Mrs.Barns. Have you seen her?" He teases back as he come to hold me closer to him.
"What you doing out here?" He asks as I lay my head on his chest.

"I was with Wanda for a bit but she went inside. I just stayed here to see the Stars." I tell him as the sun had set when I was talking to Wanda, now the stars where shining.

"May I have this dance Mrs.Barns?" Bucky asks as he pulls away and bows over my hand.

"You may, just don't let my husband know." I giggled as he spun me around.

"I don't think he'll mind." Bucky chuckles as he twirls me around before I land back into his arms.

That night as the Stars shined down upon us, it did tell us our story of how we began and all of our ups and downs that we had to get through to get to each other. The heavens and ground sung us a song only that we could hear. The song of our love, of our life.

As Bucky spent me around that night everything felt right. We where together. I had a family, and hopefully a future growing one with Bucky. I had everything I could hope for. But that is not always the case.

Little did I know heartache would be waiting for me around the corner. We where in the eye of the storm, and we were to go through the most difficult times. But I know now that I will always have his love.
