The Omegaverse is by far the most difficult AU, I've come across so bare with me.
"Sanemi-San, we're going to be late if we don't meet up with the new Mizunoto" The insect hashira spoke, "FINE JUST BE PATIENT YOU OLD HAG" Sanemi replied. "Sanemi-San, hurry up. She's waiting" Shinobu scolded. "OK OK, I'M DONE GEEZ" Sanemi told her as he rolled his eyes.
Soon, they both met up with the new member. "H-Hello, I'm L/N Y/N. It's a p-pleasure to meet you both" The girl with e/c hues told them. "It's a pleasure to meet you too, L/N-San" Shinobu stated as Sanemi agreed. He knows that she was a low rank omega, he can't suppress the odd feeling that entered his stomach as heat rised to his face.
After the two hashiras parted with Y/N, Shinobu told Sanemi something. "You know you obviously can't claim a lower rank, especially if she's an omega" Shinobu said with a bored face. "Of course I know that idiot" Sanemi replied as he sighed. "But, she really is something" Shinobu stated before going back to her smiling face.
Months, after months, Y/N got better and was now a Kinoe. "You certainly have grown strong..."Ubayashiki stated as he patted Y/N and left. Y/N who nodded and left.
Unbeknownst, to them both. Fate put them in a mission together. "Let's get there!" Sanemi stated before putting Y/N on his shoulder and carried her. Y/N nodded, letting Sanemi carry her as he sniffed her scent, which was the smell of F/F (Favorite Flower). Knowing that, he blushed as he knew he was in heat and her smell was driving him crazy.
As they were finished with the mission, it was already late at night meaning they would have to book a place, which Sanemi did. But unfortunate enough (or fortunate depending on how you see it), they only had one room left meaning they would have to share a room together. Each room also had one bed, knowing that fact Y/N had rosy cheeks.
In the room, they were on the bed. Sanemi could really hear his heart throbbing, soon enough he was on top of Y/N in a kabedon-ish position. "I-I... can't hold it in anymore, and I know this is wrong...but are you okay with me marking you?" Sanemi asked as his breathing staggered. Y/N replied with a quiet yes but Sanemi heard it.

"Good" He replied before kissing her lips and leaving marks all over her neck. Y/N slightly moaned as she felt his lips latching onto her skin. Hickeys all over her skin, Sanemi smirked knowing he has marked Y/N.
"Thank you for tonight" Sanemi winked before they both fallen asleep.
