I finally made it to HS: 116V once again and found the exact spot I had hidden the bags.

I turned to leave but I just couldn't. Something was holding me back.

It felt like she was in pain, don't let her die James. Go and help her. The words kept running in his head.

"I can't leave the person behind. I need to help." I said as I stood in front of the house with a strong posture; chests out and chin raised high.

In that moment, I felt like I got nothing to lose, I was going to be a vagabond anyway.

Getting inside the house felt easier now, because I recognized the exact place I had to climb and the speed needed to vault across the wall.

I walked past the cars and quickly made my way to the garage.

At first I thought it was locked but after I went for a stone near to break the lock, I realized it was just there to deceive people like me.

The cry came again but this time, it was louder than the first time I was there.

"Should I still do this." I asked myself with a flat facial expression.

Just do it. A voice countered.

All this while, I was still shaking uncontrollably but the thought of rescuing a person in danger, motivated me to continue.

After I managed to pulled the Aluminum door up, it was all dark inside, but the whimpering persisted. I passed my hands across the walls in an attempt to find the switch, which is normally where switches can be found, and eventually, I did find it.

My heart immediately skipped a beat and I took a step back. My mouth fell open and my eyes widened at the sight of a lady tied up with a rope. Both hands and legs in chains.

She was nearly naked, as she was only in panties, she had no shirt on exposing her breast.
My heart hammered in my chest, but I couldn't run again. Not after what I had just seen.

"shh......." I placed my hands on her lips as a gesture for her to stop crying. She looked thin and pale, like she hasn't eaten for days. Faint scratches and bruises were mainly on her legs and arms.

Even though I was trying to untie her, I just couldn't take my eyes off her. I couldn't even focus, as I just stood and stared, different thoughts running through my head.

Well that's how sick and foolish the male mind works sometimes. It can forget the entire context of a situation and follow after its own track; even in situations like this.

Her constant sobbing brought me back from my trance and I continued to untie her.

I managed to take the ropes off but her legs were still locked in chains, restricting her movement. She tried telling me something but the more she tried to speak, the more faint her voice sounded. Her voice was barely a whisper. The effort of speaking seemed to exhaust her.

It's like she realized it wasn't working and stopped speaking. She constantly moved her head towards the direction of the main house which I couldn't understand why.

Her face was partially covered by her long and messy hair. I waved it behind her, revealing her whole face. The first thing that caught my eyes when I first saw her face was her almond-shaped eyes filled with liquid brown, like melted chocolate.

I continued to stared and couldn't take my eyes off them. She cleared her throat and raised her head, as though to tell me; 'you've stared enough get back to the rescuer mode'.

She gestured with her raised eye brow, still in the direction of the main house, and this time, it was all clear to me, that the keys to unlock her from the chains were with someone in the house who was keeping her there.
